It was really great!

Good hotel

The deluxe room is beautiful and really made our vacation. I got a glimpse into a standard room, however, as well and that seemed very small for a romantic city break. I do not know what the superior room would have been like, as we were happy to receive an upgrade :)

Personnel is very kind, spa center is very good, the location of the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast is rich. Wifi signal is very good in the room. Pets are allowed.

The overview of the hotel, not as the 4 star hotel. The Standart number not as the 4 star hotel, but the Superior number is very good.

Ok location, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast variety, clean and nice room.

WiFi connection (at least in room 13) was a bit hectic.

That the receptionist admitted that the room we got looked very dirty and was not worth the rate, so she offered a reduction. The coffee at breakfast was good.

At architecture school I learned "form follows function". At Arensburg Hotel it is "Function tries hard to follow the form". The design of the new wing reflects the playful game of somebody who does not have to use the rooms. The slanting roof makes it difficult to get into bed without banging the head. The form of the window makes it difficult to arrange the dusty curtain to cover the window. And while it might have been at least pleasing the eye when new, now the place is run down: Originally off-white carpets are stained with big brown splotches and small black marks that look like smashed insects. The wash basin in the bathroom and the window sill in the bed room are vibrating along with the air- conditioning unit on the roof. The fixtures in the bath room are badly fixed. I would like to know why this hotel got 4 stars. The breakfast buffet looked colourful but the quality of the food was not good. The staff was very slow.

warm welcome with fruit plate and a bathrobe for a child as well. Excellent location in the very centre, gorgeous restaurant and tasty coctails. Beautiful and spacious design room. Heartful breakfast.

When booking through booking.com then the hotel's discount card is not applied. There is just shower in superior room, no bath (although in standard we had it), after taking shower all the bathroom was flooded. May wish better children' room.

Breakfast was good and service was ok.

Design of bathroom was crazy - tiles were in light brown color, interesting color choice. We asked for double bed - we got 2 single beds screwed together. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends, price and quality do not match. Overall we were disappointed.

отличное место расположенияю. номер в старой части отеля небольшой но чистый и уютный. приветливый русскоговорящий персонал. прекрасный завтрак. посещение бассейна и джакузи включено в стоимость. в целом очень позитивное впечатление, более чем соответствующее цене.

Очень чисто, удобно, богатый завтрак, спокойный спа ( часто были совсем одни, даже в выходные).
