The staff was exceptionally helpful. They phoned for us and were well informed about the area. The breakfast buffet was great-meat, fish, cheese, porridge, kefir, endless coffee, black/white bread, beans, jam, pancakes etc...

Excellent location, nice design. Very good breakfast. Good parking place. Vry nice restaurant, vine cellar More or less all was ok. Just not in all rooms are refrigerator, but for that price as we paid, any way was great. Could be refreshed carpet in rooms.

warm welcome with fruit plate and a bathrobe for a child as well. Excellent location in the very centre, gorgeous restaurant and tasty coctails. Beautiful and spacious design room. Heartful breakfast. When booking through booking.com then the hotel's discount card is not applied. There is just shower in superior room, no bath (although in standard we had it), after taking shower all the bathroom was flooded. May wish better children' room.

Breakfast was excellent. Whirlpool bath, swimming pool with waterfalls and other whirlpool stuff, and saunas is for free. Located near city center.

There's no option to open the window in the new wing rooms which makes your stay an unwanted trip to a spaceship - no fresh air.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean spa facilities. No problems with parking place. Thanks to booking.com reviews we were ready to all small inconveniences of the standard room in the old building. Major complaints were poor sound isolation (thin walls between the rooms), worm-like insect on the bathroom floor (winter-time!), loose metallic window sill rattling in the wind, and women's pants on the radiator (?!). Definitely not worth 4 stars. But for the discount price we paid...

Sauna and swimming pool (mini spa center) included in hotel price. We stayed in Christmas period and got special offer of hotel - 40Eur/ night breakfast included for 2 people. Good value for money. If we ever go Estonia this hotel will definitely be the one we'll stay in. Restaurant of poorer quality than hotel. Smell of smoke from restaurant fireplace all over hotel.

The deluxe room is beautiful and really made our vacation. I got a glimpse into a standard room, however, as well and that seemed very small for a romantic city break. I do not know what the superior room would have been like, as we were happy to receive an upgrade :)

Personnel is very kind, spa center is very good, the location of the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast is rich. Wifi signal is very good in the room. Pets are allowed. The overview of the hotel, not as the 4 star hotel. The Standart number not as the 4 star hotel, but the Superior number is very good.

Lovely place, very nice staff, excellent location Wifi was weak and unreliable. In an hotel of such standards, unfortunately good quality wifi is a must. Hence my low mark on services/facilities (all other facilities are very good)

Really good hotel pool, with lots of massage gimmicks. Great location. The hotel is split into two parts - a recently refurbished part in an opulent charcoal design scheme, and and the non-refurbished part. The non-refurbished part is pretty grim - bed that was just a mattress with a sheet draped to cover the very top; grotty shower; wallpaper that might have been fashionable in the 30s. I imagine that the refurbished part is pretty nice - certainly the refurbished communal areas were plush and pleasant. However, it is sheer cheek to sell rooms in the two parts for the same price. Even the new rooms got bathrobes for the Spa and the old rooms didn't!

Our welcoming at reception was excellent, also helpful information on what to do in Kuresaaree. Broad selection of spa treatment options, although quality of treatments could be higher to suit the designated pricing. Location excellent for walking, biking to enjoy all city has to offer. Quaint rooms and design of hotel comfortable. Good and safe place for keeping cars and rented bikes. Service in restaurant was slow in the evening and although this could have been just our bad luck, the restaurant personnel were not open to providing much apology for neglected clients.

That the receptionist admitted that the room we got looked very dirty and was not worth the rate, so she offered a reduction. The coffee at breakfast was good. At architecture school I learned "form follows function". At Arensburg Hotel it is "Function tries hard to follow the form". The design of the new wing reflects the playful game of somebody who does not have to use the rooms. The slanting roof makes it difficult to get into bed without banging the head. The form of the window makes it difficult to arrange the dusty curtain to cover the window. And while it might have been at least pleasing the eye when new, now the place is run down: Originally off-white carpets are stained with big brown splotches and small black marks that look like smashed insects. The wash basin in the bathroom and the window sill in the bed room are vibrating along with the air- conditioning unit on the roof. The fixtures in the bath room are badly fixed. I would like to know why this hotel got 4 stars. The breakfast buffet looked colourful but the quality of the food was not good. The staff was very slow.

The spa is lovely, very relaxing and luxurious, and wasn't over used, as the hotel is small. The staff were friendly and very accommodating when we arrived early for our room. Reasonably good value in a town where all standards of spa hotels seemed to be at a premium. The luxury rooms looked very nice, but the fixtures and furniture were not the best quality, the white carpets were very stained.

The hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly. We stayed in a Deluxe Room which was a good size with 2 single beds which can be connected together (although we asked for a double). The restaurant on-site is excellent. Location is great for the Castle and the Beach. The biggest problem for us was the air conditioning in the room: it was very noisy but without it the room was too hot (windows do not open at all). Also the carpet looked a bit grotty but I guess it's difficult to keep a white carpet completely clean.

Breakfast was good and service was ok. Design of bathroom was crazy - tiles were in light brown color, interesting color choice. We asked for double bed - we got 2 single beds screwed together. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends, price and quality do not match. Overall we were disappointed.

Gaumīgais dizains, tuvums ostai, atgriešanās pēc daudzu gadu pārtraukuma Sāremā, iespēja ceļot ar auto pa salu - ideālais atvaļinājums. Patika diskrētā baseina zona un fakts, ka aktīvā sezona beigusies, piešķīra atpūtai tieši to niansi, kas šķiet vērtīga - sajūtu, ka esam īpaši.

The new part of the hotel is good, though strangely designed with local opera stars portraits.The swimming pool is really good, with different hydramassage tools. The massage at the spa center was quite good and professional. The hotel is nicely situated at the main street of Kurresare. The stuff was not very friendly. We booked a suite number, but the one they gave us was in the old part of the hotel, which is quite old and not very clean. The sauna in our suite room had a strange and not nice smell, and we couldn't really make it hot even 2 hours after we turned it on. The bath robes had some perfume smell and hairs on it. The room was not renovated for a long time, and doesn't really cost the money they ask for it. Happily and strangely, the opera suite in the new part of the hotel was free at that time, and we were transfered to it. The new part is much cleaner and better, but our impression of the hotel was already spoilt.
