Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 4 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών χρεώνονται EUR 6,67 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 16,67 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 2 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

In summer, the inviting outdoor terrace with a fountain is open for those wishing to savour their meals while taking in the sights of downtown Kuressaare. There is also the lively and popular Jazz Boutique concert series, held at the hotel all year round. During the Saaremaa Opera Days, the hotel has a central role, and each evening it is the site of spirited autograph sessions.

We loved it all- We got a fantastic deal for the night and made use of the facilities on offer. The sauna and poool were gorgeous, as was breakfast. The room was very very comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Cant find any faults at all! |

Staff is really good and location nice. Rooms are ok while Spa part really excellent. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. The positive thing about the latter was that although we normally arrived to the breakfast room 15 min before the breakfast was about to end, they let us enjoy it. Good value for money if you find cheaper option than what they propose on their website - the later would clearly be too much. |

The hotel is calm and comfortable. Conveniently located. Good restaurant, helpful and kind staff. The standard double room we booked actuallly turned out to be a twin room. The hotel staff kindly tried to fix the both beds together, but they held so only for half night. Yet we got a 20% restaurant discount and a welcome drink, thanks for that! |

- the room was very spacious and beautiful, there were a lot of toilet accesoires, the location is excellent, the staff friendly and efficient, the breakfast was excellent, the restaurant is very good as well and prices are reasonable, service quick and the restaurant is open till midnight! The swimming pool!!! |

Good breakfest, nice small spa, well designed rooms, beautiful garden, the location close to everything, both sea and old town The rooms are well designed, but not fresh, need repairings. Not possible to open windows. I booked 3 nights through booking.com, the hotel thought, I booked 2, and the prise was different, not the same as b.c. offered. But the hotel solved all those problems. |

excellent breakfast buffet, very nice free pool with jacuzzi, sauna and steam-bath, decor of newer rooms, excellent restaurant, good location between center (200m), castle (350m) and beach (500m) aircon in the newer rooms was much louder than normal, and you cannot open the windows. We tried another newer room and the aircon was still extremely loud. |

The personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent with a very nice outdoors and indoors area. The rooms were a bit on the small side, and those on the ground floor didn't have much of a view other than of a car park. |

The staff of the hotel is really professional, the food is great, and Margaritas - are fantastic! The Hotel is situated close to the Castle, and the view from the Castle walls was really impressive! The pool in the hotel is rather small, but full of various surprises - fountains, underwater currents, etc. Our kid really enjoed it. |

abbiamo apprezzato la posizione in cui si trova l'hotel, i servizi e, lo staff molto efficienti..e, anche il prezzo!! ottimo. consigliato! non abbiamo apprezzato il letto.. troppo morbido e, bisogna stare attenti a non far venire il mal di schiena..letto da cambiare. |
