Good location, romantic surroundings at the old part of the hotel, nice and friendly staff, plentiful breakfast, relaxing spa treatments Key cards ceised working a couple of times during our short stay (2 nights). Also trouble with tv channels, but that might have been because of the thunder storm, |

The staff of the hotel is really professional, the food is great, and Margaritas - are fantastic! The Hotel is situated close to the Castle, and the view from the Castle walls was really impressive! The pool in the hotel is rather small, but full of various surprises - fountains, underwater currents, etc. Our kid really enjoed it. |

Atmosphere in the hotel, surroundings, stuff was excellent, breakfast was superb. Interior design was in two completely different stiles. Hard to find entertainment for kids in age of 10-12 years, except the pool in hotel. |

The breakfast was delicious!! The restaurant was wonderful, had dinner sitting outside, beautiful. Easy to walk to the castle or other shops and restaurants in Kuressaare. We had the cheapest room available, and it was a little simple/basic. We were there during July, so we also were in the highest price bracket. |

Recommended to take the "Sunny touched of Arensbourg" package the is offered from time to time. It includes 2 nights, 2 breakfasts, 1 dinner and 3 treatments. All in the price equivalent to simply 2 nights in the hotel. The room is pained in black colors which is a little depressing, and there does not enough sun light. |

It is much smaller than the comparable spas by the port and more central, thus making it a more intimate experience. |

Great facilities; nice breakfast. Accomodating hotel staff. Great value. We had 3 60-minute massages amongst our group and none of us were impressed by the services we received. Additionally, two of our massages were only 45 minutes long, which we did not realize until the ladies left the room. The spa desk gave us a 10% discount as a result (which should have been a 25% discount, but we did not want to press further). |

Hotellin design hieno.Hotelli sijaitsi keskustassa, lyhyet matkat ravintoloihin. Hyvät parkkipaikat, oli jopa videovalvonta. Aamiainen oli riittävä ja hyvä. Huoneessa oli kokolattiamatto, puuttui tallelokero sekä ei ollut riittävästi tilaa vaatteille esim. ei ollut minkäänlaista laatikostoa edes yöpöydissä. Kylpyhuoneessa ei kunnon tasoa, koska pesuallas oli niin iso, että vei koko tilan tasosta. |

Hotelli oli erittäin hyvätasoinen. Hotelli sopii hyvin rauhallisuutta, siisteyttä ja sivistystä arvostaville ihmisille. Hotellin sijainti oli optimaalinen. Sauna oli ehkä hieman "pieni" ja turhan kuumakin makuumme. (Ajoi kyllä asiansa) |

Erittäin hyvä sijainti Kuressaaren keskustassa. Silti hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Koska kyseessä on melko pieni hotelli, sen tunnelma on kokonaisuudessaan leppoisa. Erittäin tilava ja mukava huone, myös kylpyhuone oli hyvin tilava. Iso kylpyamme oli myös miellyttävä yllätys. Hyvä aamiainen ja miellyttävän rauhallinen aamiaishuone. Epäkäytännöllinen suihkutila kylpyhuoneessa. Suihkun käyttö kasteli koko kylpyhuoneen. |
