Arensburg Boutique Hotel & Spa    

Enjoyed the stay, good location, liked the interior design, rooms were nice and clean, and the food was great (however a little expensive).

Their good dining possibilities, small pool and saunas are absolutely enough facilities for a small boutique hotel. However, just because the place has a small and often somewhat crowded pool, I wouldn't call it a spa-hotel - it's just a hotel with a pool and a sauna :)

It is our 3rd time in Arensburg, and as usually it is on the top. Spa treatmens and spa area are great as usual, it was a really nice surprise to get the welcome drinks for free (taste delicious) and rooms are quite spacey. Breakfast is very rich.

Kids room could be modernised, nothing been changed or renovated. And the restaurant menu could be changed with time, as all dishes are the same.

Great comfortable clean rooms, reach breakfast, spa area.

Food was good.

The bigest and maybe just one problem was bed. It was too soft and we had hard night and after that spin neck pain.

The hotel is centrally located. It's very close to both the castle and city centre. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is very rich with various food and esspresso.

Book spa facilities prior your visit there as you hardly get a massage or private sauna on the arrival day. Normally it's fully booked. Many locals come here on weekends for drunk swimming in the pool. You won't relax:-(

Service was really good and the rooms were nice. The SPA area is not huge, but still quite relaxing and good. Location is really good. Also worth mentioning is the restaurant, food was excellent. Can be recommended for casual eating out.

Ventilation of the room was a bit shaky and also the drainage from the bath was not really working well, but these were the minor issues.

I liked the wide variety of items in ghe breakfast buffet. Also, on the weekend there was very good entertainment by quite talented performers.

The prices are good and the hotel - awesome. The breakfast is good - you have a really big choice. Suggest you to choose this hotel. It's located in the old part of the city and is not far avay from the beach.

everyone was nice. I was there to write a article about the island and spa and the manger she was very helpful. The spa treatments are awesome and not over priced great value.

Very good value for money.

Nice hotel. Good location close to either the town and castle. I stay in a superior room at new wing, if the room were bigger it could be better.

It was really great!

It is an excellent mixture of an ancient building and new design, also just a great size for a small town like Kuressaare. It is easy to feel comfortable and cozy there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Though the pool is small, I really enjoyed it - great dark colours and all for yourself at ealry mornings. Similarly the dark colours of the restaurant where you have breakfasts create a cozy atmosphare while being in perfect contrast with a lot of light coming from large windows and the surrounding old pale buildings outside. It is very well situated in the centre of the town while also close to a medival castle and the sea. Nice varied breakfast and occasional concerts in the evenings.

Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala, ystävällinen henkilökunta. Loistava sijainti. Tilavat ja viihtyisät huoneet.

Spa allas oli pieni, mutta eipä ollut paljon asiakkaitakaan, joten riitti hyvin. Hoioja runsaasti tarjolla.

Venäläinen? Nuoripari valtasi jacuzzin kolmeksi tunniksi. Olisin sinne halunnut minäkin. Onneksi toisena päivänä oli tilaa.

Meeldis väga restoran ja selle sisustus. Asukoht oli väga hea. Uus osa arhitektuur oli väga ilus.

Toas oleks võinud olla külmik. Kui broneerida bookingu kaudu 2täiskasvanut +1 laps ja see hind mis seal tuleb 138€ , et see hind jääks! (see oli väga ebameeldiv osa hotellist lahkudes, pole varem midagi sellist kogenud) Mitte hiljem ei küsita juurde! Vanas osas toad on küll lihtsalt, see ei ole üldse probleem, aga näiteks toas 19 vannitoa poolne voodi jubedalt nagises, kui öösel keerasid külge, siis ehmatusega ärkasime üles. Parkimiskohtasi ei olnud, parkimine oli väga ebameeldiv kusagil kõrval tänavas ja kitsas hoovis.

Достаточно хорошая слышимость в номере. Спасло то, что в соседнем номере жили приличные люди.

Kõik oli nii nagu peab. Ülimeeldiv ja sõbralik personal, väga vastutulelik. Saime hea toa, suure ja igati mõnusa.

SPA poolel oli basseini osa remondis, paraku ei saanud selle kohta ennem infot kui alles koha peal olles. Väga hea oli privaatsauna pakkumine selle asemel, see korvas ka selle väikese puudujäägi.

Väga sõbralik ja abivalmis personal, hea valikuga ning maitsev hommikusöök, mõnus spa.
