Room was really nice and for us large enough. Pub had snacks if needed, coffee choices were ok. Breakfast was nicely offered, healthy too. Short walk to old market square. |

Beds and rooms were comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Absolutely centre in the old town and close to everything. Breakfast looked amazing and was very varied but actually after tasting it not that great. Sausages tasted like they were made out of bits of meat I may not enjoy eating if i knew what they were. Bland. |

One person of the staff was incredible friendly - a pleasure to talk with her. Too spartan for being a 4-stars hotel. Too minimal furniture. Sauna not included for free. |

Everything concerning the hotel was absolutely perfect and nice, including the price. The hotel was beautifully decorated with classically designed public areas in antique style; small boutique design, especially the location reminds me of the middle ages. My room was very comfortable and quiet even at night, especially four-poster bed was majestic! Stuff is very friendly and helpful! The location was perfect - you stepped out of the front door right next to the centre of the old town. Great experience even if you are business traveller and you do not have much time to enjoy it. A perfect 10 in every way! |

Great hotel in excellent location! I`ve stayed in many hotels in Tallinn old town, but now I can say that I`ve found my home away from home. Hotel itself, with those little details, plus professional and friendly staff, makes Imperial a great luxury class hotel. My room was really cosy and spacious. Canopy and different size pillows made relaxing even more fabulous. Definitely recommend! |

Great hotel for business travellers! Small, quiet, friendly atmosphere and everything one needs for working. What I loved most is the fact that I can borrow laptop from reception and take it with me to my room. And the sauna.... excellent place to relax after long day! |

Old authentic stone/wood building. Good atmosphere. Nice staff. Free wired internet in rooms. free wifi in public areas. excellent location. Included breakfast was satisfactory. Clean bathroom. General cleanliness was good. Better lighting (atmosphere) in rooms. pillow menu. Bed was ok, but could be improved somewhat. Behind bed was a little dust, but bed sheets etc was clean. Some low frequency "noise" from central air-condition system should be addressed. |

I found the location ideal: inside the Old Town, less than a five-minute walk from the main square, but away from the noise and bustle. In fact, our room was one of the quietest I've ever been in. The building was very nice, and extremely clean. Two things: (1) the bath tub was not very large, as well as being extremely slippery. We had to be very careful stepping in and out. (2) It would be nice, in a four-star hotel, to have one or two PCs made available to customers in one of the public areas (as I noticed the Meriton did). |

Cosy atmosphere, the polite personnel, champagne on Sunday for a breakfast =), cleanliness of a bathroom Absence of a noise isolation, bathrobe and slippers it was necessary to ask a dressing gown, though it entered into the cost, the limited choice of dishes during a breakfast (it is better, than in Italy, France; worse, than in Finland) |
