Old authentic stone/wood building. Good atmosphere. Nice staff. Free wired internet in rooms. free wifi in public areas. excellent location. Included breakfast was satisfactory. Clean bathroom. General cleanliness was good. Better lighting (atmosphere) in rooms. pillow menu. Bed was ok, but could be improved somewhat. Behind bed was a little dust, but bed sheets etc was clean. Some low frequency "noise" from central air-condition system should be addressed. |

I found the location ideal: inside the Old Town, less than a five-minute walk from the main square, but away from the noise and bustle. In fact, our room was one of the quietest I've ever been in. The building was very nice, and extremely clean. Two things: (1) the bath tub was not very large, as well as being extremely slippery. We had to be very careful stepping in and out. (2) It would be nice, in a four-star hotel, to have one or two PCs made available to customers in one of the public areas (as I noticed the Meriton did). |

Cosy atmosphere, the polite personnel, champagne on Sunday for a breakfast =), cleanliness of a bathroom Absence of a noise isolation,bathrobe and slippers it was necessary to ask a dressing gown, though it entered into the cost, the limited choice of dishes during a breakfast (it is better, than in Italy, France; worse, than in Finland) |

Fabulous location, beautiful hotel & great value. Breakfast was fabulous & evening meal was superb. Dining room was very memorable in medieval style. Would have no hesitation about booking this hotel again and again and.... |

el sitio donde se encuetra, la decoracion interior del establecimiento y el aparcamiento tan sencillo y tan divertido el recepcionista del dia 5 de mayo en la noche se comporto como un borde mal educado estaba la noche con lluvia y no fue cortes con mi familia mas bien lo dicho anteriormente borde y mal educado. El desayuno desmerece el aspecto del hotel, la habitacion no contaba con bañera tan solo un triste plato de ducha. |

Goede locatie in het centrum, vriendelijk personeel en uitstekende prijs. Foute informatie: het hotel heeft 4 sterren en geen 5! Dit heb ik in het verleden reeds doorgegeven, maar er is niets mee gedaan. |

Hotelli on kauniisti remtontoitu ja siisti. Sijainti on hyvä. Huoneemme oli kovin pieni ja sängyt oli sijoitettu eri seinustoille. Kylpparissä kahden hengen toilettipussukoille ei ollut riittävästi laskutilaa. Osa henkilökuntaa käyttäytyi ynseästi. Minulta yritettiin ottaa huoneesta täysi listahinta, vaikka se oli booking.comin kautta varattu varattu edullisemmin (kruunuilla on helppo hämätä varomatonta turistia). |
