Excellent location on the promenade, rooms very basic and simple.

Location.

The room needs bringing into the 21st century. There was no air conditioning, the decor is very dated, the shower needs replacing, the balcony needs repainting. On the whole the room was not bad, but for 70 Euro per night, i would have expected a much higher standard. Last year we stayed at Laine which not only was cheaper but the standards were far higher. Shame, we will not be returning.

Rooms were clean, not very spacious, view is toward the sea and rooms have small balcony. Breakfast was good. The location is very good, 5-10 minute walk to city center and Haapsalu castle.

The bathroom was clean but quite weary. The rooms do not have AC and windows can't put on ventilation, the only option is open, so beware mosquitoes or acquiesce to warm room.

Location - hotel is right next to sea and very close to city center and beach. There are lots of parking places near to hotel and staff was very friendly - we were going on a bicycle trip from this hotel and there were no problems to leave our cars in the hotel's parking lot.

Sound isolation is very bad - you can hear everything rooms next to yours are doing and talking! In my opinion it was a bit too expensive for the quality it gives, but it was fully booked anyway (most probably this is because Haapsalu is lacking good hotels in summer).

Very good location right by the sea. Nice sauna that is free of charge in the morning. Breakfast is OK and the lunch and dinner served in the restaurant is satisfying and not overpriced. We prolonged our stay one night.

Extra beds are uncomfortable.

Basic hotel, at a great location, view from the room was to the sea, with a balcony (and in our case first floor- you could walk out to the promenade from your room). Good value for money

These are not major things, but: The shower was, well, very 90's and the floor was not the cleanest Ive seen, but otherwise the room was clean. Dont touch the faucet (except handle) in the shower, its made of metal and gets hot on one side and cold on the other.. :D

Oleks võinud teada et hoteelis on restoran remondis hommikul oli väga ebameeldiv ja ebamugav hommikusöök. Rösteri soovile reageeris personal küll kiirelt, kuid ikkagi naljakas kui see teleka kõrvale stepslisse pannakse, ja sai sai ka otsa.

Personalen var trevlig. Direktutgång från rum till balkong/strandpromenad.

Mögeldoft från mögel på duschdraperi = ofräscht.

Miesten aamusauna klo 7-8 on liian aikaisin,muutenkin sauna voisi olla lämmin n klo 15 - 18.
