Great location. The rooms were spacious comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent - a huge choice. Very helpful staff.

We were at the back of the hotel fortunately as the road is very noisy with revellers until late into the night at the weekend. Servicing of the rooms was very slow so we could not use our room until after 4pm most days.

Great location, good breakfast, we came at 12 A.M. nevertheless we were let in the room and we were so much pleased as we were after long drive. Our room had view of the courtyard and with open window it was rather quiet except last night: there were many people smoking in the courtyard.

We stayed 4 nights and the carpet wasn't cleaned during our stay. It's rather dirty. We told the reception and after that the floor in the toilet was cleaned but still not the carpet.

Great service, magnificent view to the Old Town from the 5th floor suites (e.g. 507). Private sauna in the suite. Good assortment of dishes at breakfast. Free wireless Internet. Perfect location right in the heart of Tallinn. Close to perfect! Deserves 5* if minor cons listed below are fixed.

Just minor shortages, not affecting the overall experience, though: -no slippers and wardrobes -poor wi-fi connection on the 5th floor

On the 4th floor there's no WiFi at all, so the only place you can work a bit is downstairs among all other guests. That is not acceptable for person staynig there for business. Staff at reception very unfriendly, doesn't keep their word. I was told it will be possible to check out at 18 (for additional fee, of course) but next morning i was asked to leave the room in the noon. So i had to change all my business plans.

Location is perfect , in the centrum of old town! All restaurants, shops, showplaces are in close distance! Nice and attractive hotel , good parking place.

Rooms are little bit smaller then expected when you enter the hotel:) and interior inside the room is "economy style" if you compare with reception zone or all hotel building.

The location is very good for sightseeing (in old town) and hotel staff is kind.

The room I stayed was small.

The staff was very friendly. Being located in the heart of the old town the hotel is a dimond for the tourists looking for the sightseeng!

Old wooden windows couldn't defend you even in the night against the street noise.

It was a clean and spacious hotel in a good location. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, adding to a good value for money package.

The main entrance steps should have been cleared of snow and ice as they were in a dangerous condition.

The room was a bit too small for three adults as we had an extra bed in a normal double room.

Staff very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast very impressive and the rooms were a bit small, but clean and fresh.

The location of hotel is perfect if you plan to visit historical center of the city. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The choice during a breakfast is satisfactory. Good WiFi connection in the rooms. Definitely value for money.

Some of the internal noises are disturbing, like hearable flushing from neighboring rooms.

The room was definitely too small and no wardrobe at all which can be a big problem; we stayed only one night but if you have to stay a few days, make sure you have a room with more space and wardrobes !!

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, wifi worked very well, nice view from my "small" room. The breatkfast was very good with plenty of variety. Excellent location to see the old town and to walk into the new town. Expensive taxis from the hotel and they can't call a different service.

Excellent Central Location for Old Town...Hotel Bar extends out to its own Street Cafe...Many Restaurants, bars, Cafe's on same street and all over the old town. All in all a very pleasant stay...
