It's an excellent located historical building. I've used to stay here many times - and it needed careful renovation 10 years ago already, especially the room interiors and bathrooms.

We have enjoyed our visit to the Barclay hotel. It is situated in the very centre of everything, from the told own hall square to a modern swimming pool, and provides excellent level of services. I would definitely recommend it to visitors of Tartu.

The hotel was fine, we were happy and suprised to find that the restaraunt and bar were open and that the restaraunt served fish at very competative prices. The staff were friendly and helpful, however the room with the extra bed for our daughter could have been bigger.Another slight setback was the Casino,night club situated next door whose customers seemed to thrive in the park under our window, well into the morning. However we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to anyone who likes this city, perhaps it would be an advantage to get a room at the back. t. stan

Excellent location. Nice staff. Before you strip off clothes for taking a shower, make sure that the hot water has come. It would take about 3-5 minutes.

Nice location next to a green park within a short walk from the city centre. Elegant rooms, very relaxing and quiet. A hotel with an interesting past as a sovjet military HQ. The hotel restaurant was closed. Only breakfast was served.

Extremely welcoming and friendly receptionist. Functional, well designed, quiet room one block from central plaza and 5 mins walk from intercity bus station. Room a little dated/drab.

I visit this hotel every year and always enjoy my stay. It is not expensive and is right in the centre of town. They used to have a restaurant which was open for dinner and served Estonian food. Unfortunately, it now only does breakfast. It would be good if they opened for dinner again.

Position, delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Room needed airing and was a little old fashioned. Shower room needed modernising.

The car parking possibility in the yard was fine - thanks. the location of the hotel was perfect to out trip - near to everything. One night it was really noicy, but after two calls to reception the issue was corrected.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, and a cool building which has some ex-KGB elements There was no wifi - but the bar / restaurant next door had this so it was not big deal

The central position is good. The room was warm and clean. The bathroom was fine. The breakfast coffee is excellent. The water in the shower takes a long time to heat up. The BBC channel was scrambled. The hotel has a somewhat dated atmosphere Ie keys rather than cards.

Location The personnel was not very hospitable. All hot dishes in breakfast were cold although we were among the first eaters there. I called repeatedly to reception but no-one answered.

Rauhallinen hotelli keskellä kaupunkia. Ravintolan palvelut saatavilla myös muutenkin kuin vaan aamiaisella. Olisi voinut syödä päivällisen hotellilla.

Sijainti oli hyvä. Huoneen lämpötila oli alhainen, johtuen tietenkin ulkona paukkuvasta pakkasesta jota vastaan yksi lämpöpatteri kera suuren ikkunan ei kyennyt kovinkaan hyvin taistelemaan. Koska hotellissa sattui olemaan vain muutama matkaaja, parina päivänä aamupalat vastasivat lähinnä pienen budjetin majoitusta.

Atrašanās vieta - centrs, kluss, pretī parkam. Neesmu pārliecināta, ka cena, ko maksājām par šauro viesnīcas numuriņu, kurā bija pelēcīgi balti dvieļi (lai gan tīri), zemas kvalitātes šķidrās ziepes un no dušas applūstoša vannas istabas grīda, kā arī tās brokastu drusciņas, kas bija pieejamas stundu pirms brokastlaika beigām, ir adekvāta.

Hyvä sijainti. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Siisti ja asiallinen. Hyvä aamupala kauniisti sisustetussa ravintolasalissa. Lemmikin hinta juuri sopivan alhainen: ei rahastusta lemmikillä, jota turhan usein näkee. Kaikki toimi, kuten oli sovittu. Voin suositella!
