The hotel is very central in Tartu and in a very pretty location acroos the street from the park. the area is very safe. The hotel has a lovely Art Deco feel to it but the decor is tired. It is definitely overpriced although we got an excellent last minute deal. |

Reflected some of the former history of Tartu and the simple art deco elegance of the 1930s. The faciilties and appointments in the room, foyer and dining area are a little tired and need refurbishment. Menu choices are rather limited and could do with some innovation. |

Central location, friendly staff Needs already refurbishment, especially bathrooms. Electricity heating which is rather uncomfortable. Strange breakfast, some food from previous day. |

Central location, cleanliness of rooms, Restaurant and bar closed at 7:30PM despite being advertised as being available until 23:00. No explanation given and arriving during the evening extremely disappointed at not being able to dine - one of the reasons for booking! Majority of staff have not yet learned to smile in contrast to the service and welcome we received at the Bern Hotel in Tallinn which was 1st class!! |

Nice and quiet, clean, good location. Breakfast is not by far up to the 4-star standard; hotel restaurant has completely lost its previous touch - it has hardly even a pub level regarding the quality of food and service; so if you stay in the hotel - please avoid its restaurant and dine in city. |

Hotelli oli mitä ihastuttavalla paikalla ja oli erittäin romanttinen. Oli yllättynyt että vaikka hotelli oli niin hieno, sinne sai tuoda koiria. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällisiä ja auttavaisia. Voin todella lämpimästi suositella tätä hotellia ja seuraavan kerran kun visiteeraan taas Tartun aijon yöpyä tässä hotellissa. Aamiainen oli aika tyydyttävä... |

Aivan hyvä perushotelli, joka on rakennettu vanhaan historialliseen rakennukseen atmosfääri säilyttäen. Huoneet remontoitu vuosi sitten. |

Palvelu keskinkertaista. Minibaarissa tuotteita, jotka menneet jo vanhaksi, esim 2008 ja keväällä 2009. Kirjoitan tätä mailia 30.9.2009. Hissi rikki, josta kerroin henkilökunnalle. Henkilökunta ei tehnyt asialle mitään. Aamiainen todella huono. |

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt Tartu und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr beschränkt. |

Barclay hotelli oli mainiolla paikalla, huone oli siisti ja hyvin varusteltu (hiustenkuivaajakin löytyi). Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamiainen maukas. |

уютно, тихо, спокойно,ненавязчивый персонал.Жаль, что перед ранним утренним отъездом не удалось позавтракать (и нет чайника в номере), продление работы ресторана хотя бы до 23 часов. При раннем отъезде нет возможности выпить чай или кофе. Но, в целом приятные впечатления от отеля. По возможности, буду останавливаться у вас сам и рекомендовать друзьям. |

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen. Myös huone viidennessä kerroksessa oli rauhallinen ja näköala puistoon viehättävä. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Tulin itse hotelliin ystävän suosituksesta. |

Keskeinen sijainti, oli helppo liikkua kaupungilla. Huone oli puiston puolella, joten se oli rauhallinen. Aamupala oli niukahko. |
