The staff was excellent and very helpful! The facilities in my room were newer and in very good working order and the room was spotlessly clean. A breakfast and dinner buffet were included in the room price. The location is excellent and centrally located, and makes for easy walks to all th sites in Tallinn Old Town. The night clubs next door make very much loud noise until 4am, and there are often drunk people shouting and arguing in the streets outside the hotel. The hotel should do somethitng to stop this, or get these nightclubs shutdown, they are not appropriate for Tallinn Old Town area. |

The free breakfast & dinner buffet. The location was also good for exploring old town Tallinn The neighborhood was very noisy especially on the weekend. The room was always warm unless you opened the windows but that let more of the noise & bugs in |

This must be one of the best hotels that I´ve ever been to. For our second night (at the hotel) we had the Barons Suite (the best suite/ room available). The suite had even a finnish sauna on it. It is not a cheap hotel, but offers luxury for the price. The hotel has quite international touch to it, which in some other hotels in Tallinn is not always the case. The standard twin room is also ok (our first night). The hotel is located in a good place at the very heart of Old Town in a 100 yrs old banking house. The staff was professional. We also had a 20% discount of the drinks of the room bill. The breakfast was also good. Offers reasonably good price/ quality ratio. The elevator was slow, but it´s an old house so it´s really ok and understable. Hard to say anything negative about the hotel. |

Very central location, nice room and good service. The WiFi net was extremely slow and had a bad connection. Almost impossible to work, which is very important to me. |

Customer service was good There was a terrible noice coming outside and we could not sleep during the night. We noticed afterwards that there was 4 pubs in the street just below our suiteroom. The night was terrible. As a hotel you could advice these pub owners not to let people to have such a noice on the street in the middle of the night. |

It was nice and central The toilet seat was broken, Sauna awkward to use as a special knack was required, internet connection poor, miss lug to shower head rail, TV & satellite selection poor, streets noise early hours with drunks waking you up. |

The service was beyond expectations. The room with Jacuzzi is a real treat. And what fully rounded the stay was the breakfast room service. |

1.Breakfast. 2. Bed. 3. Location probably though it has some negative as well. Two pubs opposite the street do really provide for a tough time at night as well as some people running up and down the stairs and shouting.. Still wondering who was that.. |

The location was superb and the rooms were very clean! I loved the hairdryer and ropes:). In addition I was very pleased about the accessibility of the room in regards to disabled visitors as one can not see this very often. I work on the field and will definately recommend this. Very good breakfast. The room did not have a window which was rather unpleasent. In addition the ligthing was very office like. The room was not very cosy, business like but very good standart, so I think it was more of my choise which was wrong not the hotel! It was a bit noisy during the night as a lot of pubs etc around the hotel. |

There was an awful fishy smell in the bathroom and the mattresses were way too soft. I had to do yoga for days afterwards to heal my back. I do have a bad back so that could be part of it. Additionally, it took forever at lunch and dinner to receive food |
