The old elevator was really nice. The staff was really friendly.

The elevators door at third floor didnt close so easy.

I liked the athmosphere. It was like the time had stopped. Very comfortable and easy hotel with excellent location.

The hotel was about to charge more from my room than was expected. Also the reception was acting a bit more sophisiticated/ arrogant than they actually were. They have to remember that customer is the king - not them.

Good location, large rooms, normal breakfast and dinner.

should be refresh basicaly all hotel inside, extra payment for car parking.

Great location and staff. If you need parking, remember to book one from the hotel. You get to drive to old town where its forbidden to drive normally.

Old building is sometimes a bit noisy. I could hear people walking on stairs. Also lift is a bit complicated to use, but still very nice and suits very well to rest of the building. Nimeta bar next door might have noisy customers as it's illegal to smoke indoors now days.

My room didn't have a place to hang a coat, tea and coffee for supper is charged extra, no lotion, very bad Wi-Fi signal - almost no internet at all =(

The hotel serves buffet dinner for no extra charge. You don't always use it but we thought it to be a nice touch anyway.

The floor carpet was a bit stained. It didn't look nice.

Elegant and comfortable hotel, room and bathroom very nice, good view to old town, and location jast in the center. Breakfast and dinner are normal, you will not stay angry with it.

It was so noisy at night because the hotel is located near many night bars.it is impossible to sleep if it is night jn sunday.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of the old city. Dinner was included in the price of the room and was really good! Despite the fact that there are 2 pubs next to the hotel, it wasn't noisy and we dreamt well.

It was a strange smell that went right from the toilet pan and it was a very loud sound when our neighbours outwashed the water upstairs

We had a very short stay. Hotel is definetely interesting as it is an old building. Yet I found it a bit noice at some points.

Location is very good in the center of Tallinn. Interior of rooms are nice, its an old building and well taken care of.

There can be some noise from the night life during the nights, but if you want to stay in the old town, you must expect this. The hotel has earplugs for you.

Excellent loction in the old town. Free wifi in the room but signal was very week, another person was complaining about they couldnt get signal in their room so i think we were the lucky ones

First night we were trying to get ready to go out but, for some strange reason there wasn't a mirror on the dressing table. Managed to find a plug socket by the mirror in the bathroom but this wasn't ideal! First nights sleep: was truely AWFULL, in the morning i woke up achey, tired and with a stiff neck. Problems were airconditioning unit was really noisey, constant draft blowing out, but if you'd turn it off it would get really hot. Second problem was that frigging hallway door!! every 5 minutes someone was walking through and where it would slam so hard it made our front door rattle as if someone was trying to get in. (we resolved this by wedging 2 slippers in the door so it didn't rattle). There were earplugs in the bathroom first we didnt know what they were for but i guess it was for the VERY noisey door!

Unfortunately the evening noise from nightclubs (until very early hours of the morning (6am)) was a shame - I think friday and Saturday nights are worse. Everybody seemed excessively drunk and noisy.. Ear plugs were supplied and di help the situation however - given this, still not a bad place to stay..

Good hotel

The location is excellent! Close to the newer part of the city with all the business areas but at the same time in the OLd Town which is very good in the evenings. The Hotel has a lot of charm and history (former bank building).

Ympäristön melu yöaikaan todella häritsevää.

Hotellets läge är perfekt och våra rum var trivsamma. Särskilt mycket tyckte vi om badrummen och utsiken från dem. Personalen var vänlig och tjänstvillig.

Kvällens buffet som hörde till priset var inte bra. Morgonmålet ok, fint att man fick varm mjölk till kaffet.

Номер немного темноват( в вечернее время),скудный ужин. Я бы рекомендовала отказаться от ужина тк буквально в 2 минутах находятся много интересных баров и ресторанов.

1.Отель находится в минуте ходьбы от ратушной площади, что является огромным плюсом, лучшее расположение, для знакомства со старым городом. 2. Завтрак и ужин в отеле очень хорошие. Ужин скромнее и напитки надо заказывать отдельно (доплачивать), завтрак самый лучший, что я где-либо видела. 3. Стиль отеля, особенно лифт. 4. Приветливый персонал. 5. Вид из окна на старый город отличный.

1. Очень маленький у нас был номер (твин), кровать на весь номер.
