Excellent welcoming from Airis. The room was ok and so was the breakfast. Location was at the very beginning of the old town but not a problem as everything is at a walking distance. Easy access from airport and harbour. Very good for the price. Did not succeed with the wifi access in the room. Air conditionning/heating system command was not understandable. Deco could be a little prettier. |

Location is excellent. 2 minutes from entrance to Viru and ol' town. Reception staff are the best in the world.! Could not help me enough.! Close to a great recent new club, the 'Chicago' Great live music. The piano has gone, this was one reason for my booking thig this hotel. The room decor is very drab, tired greens and yellows. First room 201 was a small box. Then got moved to 204, ok. |

The staff were absolutely wonderful, they did everything in their power to make us comfortable. They were friendly and helpful while being polite and courteous at all times. The noise from the adjacent night club which went on until approximately 0600 was occasionally disturbing, but not always so. My wife was bothered more than I was. |

It was not possible to open the window so we had to use the air conditioning system for the whole night, which was a bit noisy. |

Very friendly stuff. Excelent location - just 1 minute walk from the Viru Gates (old city). Supermarket is in front of the hotel. The windows with fantastic view on old town. Recommended! |

We had a wonderful experience with Hotel Bern . . . fabulous staff; charming, clean room and within walking distance of many sights and shopping. Hotel has a small number of rooms, so very personal. Transportation by taxi from the airport was 10 minutes and convenient. Grocery and restaurants close. The hotel is tucked away and off of busy streets, and steps away from all of the city's offerings. Safe. Convenient. |
