Hotel Bern    

Easy walking distance from city center and short cab ride from airport and ferry port. Staff was very helpful.

Closet space in room was a bit cramped from my perspective.

Excellent location adjacent to the old town. Clean bright freindly and reasonably priced.

Nothing to dislike. If you want more you can go elsewhere and pay a lot more.

Very central location, nice and helpful staff, good breakfast.

Rooms facing courtyard can be noisy in late evening and early morning if window is open. No shower shield, bathroom floor gets all wet when showering.

I really liked friendly personnel attitude, as well as the location of the hotel and pricing policy.

The room design is still a little bit Soviet-style. Though in bathroom the renovation was done and it looks very good comparing to room. Also at one of the nights it was rather noisy in the yard (probably due to close pub location).

No real complaints but if I had to think of something I would say the room was a bit small, there was sometimes a bad smell in the bathroom, and another pillow and a safe would have been useful

great location, 5 minutes from the city center and the staff is really nice and helpful.

Comfortable, close to the main sights, clean. We first got the room on the ground floor but asked if they had a room upstairs. The receptionist moved is without any problems and we were really pleased with the view from the third floor.

Breakfast finished a bit early (10 am).

Its really close to everything especially Old Town. Staff is very helpful, definitely we'll recommend.

I have traveled the world and never, never had such nice people at the reception. They were super and genuinely friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Melissa at the front desk was fantastic as was Lori (I think) and all the rest. They went the extra mile to help us with whatever we needed from ferry tickets to Helsinki to airline problems and much more and were very sincere. A sincere thanks to all of you.

Everything in the hotel was not perfect, but the gals at reception completely blocks my mind to any negative comments because they were so helpful!

The freindliness of the staff. The service I had was excellent. Breakfast good. room was clean and adequate.

The hostel next door which was quite noisy out in the courtyard. until 5am on the saturday night. I did mention it and things improved on sunday.

Our room doors snapped shut very fast. Probably good for security but not very comfortable when carrying bags or having a dog on a leash.

Hotel is basic but clean, location is close to old town.

Hotel clearly does not fit into 4 stars category. It is clearly a tourist type accommodation. One should not expect nothing more. At a discount rate Bern may be a good choice for budget conscious traveler, though at list price, I believe it may be a bit overvalued.

Hotel Bern is in an excellent location to visit the Old Town or business / conference area of Tallinn. Very welcoming staff. Cozy, comfortable and spotless room. Weapons grade wifi. All at a very good price.

The perfect combination of price and quality. Pleasant, friendly staff, knowledge of foreign languages. The room is clean and warm. Good enough hearty breakfast. Great location hotel.

Hotel Bern is an excellant value hotel in a fantastic location. Staff could not be more helpful. We had a very early start one morning and a special breakfast was laid on at reception. It was very much appreciated. All we can say is 'keep up the good work.'
