Near to the old city and beautysalong I could not pay with Diners card, like booking.com told me to do. There was no elevator in the hotel. You had to go outside to go in to your room. |

Hotel has perfect location in the Vanalinn (old town). During our stay staff was very friendly and helpful. Interiors of hotel is very modern, which someone would consider as drawback, but for us it was just fine. Definitely will recommend it to all my friends. Floor-heating was very poor in the bathroom. |

It was very wheelchair friendly with one exception. The bathroom even though seemed wheelchair friendly had no wall mounted handles which made it very difficult and dangerous to get up from the toilet and getting out of the shower. The linens were not changed every day and I thought they should have been. |

The hotel is located in the Old Town within walking distance of the city center and the room is quite spacious. Could have housed 6 people. Breakfast was very mediocre and the top floor of the room should have a railing to prevent children from falling over. |

We stayed one night and found the hotel to be really central to the Old Town, a great base for roaming the streets. Room was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. |

On outskirts of old city of Tallinn. The hotel Manager was helpful in sorting out problem: Decor was cheap and brash. Breakfast room was very small and it was difficult to find a seat. Rooms were not cleaned until 3 or 4pm, if at all, and this was inconvenient if you wanted an afternoon sleep. We only received toiletries i.e.shampoo and soap on the first day of our five day stay and the toilet rolls seemed to be rationed! |

The design of the hotel and rooms was very interesting, and the staff was excellent. The gym and swimming pool were first rate. The air conditioner was not cool enough for the upstairs beds. It was rather hot. |

Location, SPA availability though did not use it but at leasr had nice opportunity lack of bathroom facilities: hooks for towels, small hutch, fan (hair dryer) would be briliant. Shampoo and shower gel was not provided for second day of stay though receptionist was asked. |

The staff tried to be helpful. This hotel was terrible. My two adult daughters and I stayed in a family room but it was a sofa bed and roll away bed in a tiny room. We didn't have room to even open the suitcases on the floor. The worst hotel on our trip! |

Very good location. Just near old city. Good place for stay with children. Just a few steps from the hotel you can find a supermarket. There no cards for entry to or go out from parking place, you need go to reception and ask to open gate. |

Location is pretty good, close to the Old Town and the Port. Free sauna and swimming pool too, but it's really hard to find them as there are many doors without plates, so don't be surprised to find some persons of different sex in your shower room. We had booked 2 twin rooms for 48 Euros each, but when we arrived at the reception the hotel clerk offered us 1 four-bed room. He told us that we were registered as a 'Family' upon booking. The sight of two couples didn't reassure him that it was not so, He didn't give as any choice as according to him all other twin rooms were occupied. He didn't apologize for the hotel mistake too. As we couldn't spend our only day in Tallinn trying to find another hotel we accepted what was left. So we got 1 room for the price of 2 and that means 1 toilet and 1 bathroom for four people. We got only 2 passing keys for the 4 of us. 3 beds for the price of 4, one of them was a folding sofa. When unfolded it occupied almost the whole space of the ground floor hindering access to the toilet and bathroom. There was no crotchets, hangers or shelfs in the bathroom, no place to hang clothes or put a toothbrush. The whole floor of the bathroom was flooded after the shower. The access to the parking lot was closed after midnight. Breakfast was poor and untasteful. |

Renovated in 2009, Hotel St. Barbara is the best mid-market hotel in Tallinn. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance from Tallinn's old town, major sights and shopping centres. |
The Hotel Metropol is located in the recently restored Rotermanni section in the heart of Tallinn. |
This is a hotel with antique, traditionally-furnished and cosy rooms on 4 floors of the building, and an overall historical atmosphere with plenty of pseudo-gothic details on display. |
Whether you are on a vacation with your family or on a business trip, you can experience the conveniences of Reval Hotel Central. The hotel is a wonderful base for families. |
