Located a mile from the center of Tartu, the Carolina Guesthouse offers free private parking and rooms with free Wi-Fi access. Each room has a bathroom with shower, TV, and a work desk. Nice senior lady having this guesthouse in her home. Well maintained, with rules ensuring that (taking off your shoes when entering). Good breakfast. Need a car: location in a suburb not in city center.

Good breakfast and car park. It's not central but actually 5 minutes by car from the center of Tartu The staff was not so kind during reservation, although we were 5 people, she didn't give us the most suitable room (4+1) and gave us instead 3 rooms (2+2+1) which was less comfortable, less pleasant and, last but not least, more expensive (20 euros more). Although it was not so much, it hasn't been very kind.

Pretty cheap and nice natural environment. Generous Breakfast. Possibility of making tea and drink water at the reception for free. Very familiar ambiance Beds very small.The bathroom was too small and unconfortable.

great service, our car battery died because we forgot the headlights on and we had to leave our car to the city center. Next morning we got a ride to downtown back to the car and got jump start with cables. Breakfast was also ok for the price. Family room was spacious. Weather was hot and air conditioning would have been great.

What a gem of a place! Spotlessly clean and well-appointed...a real home-from-home. Masses of places to sit and relax, use of pc, kitchen, tea and coffee. Delightful room with single bed, day bed, plenty of hanging and storage space, large desk, TV and unit, bedside cabinet, and good lighting. Immaculate carpet and a shoes-off policy. Beautiful bathroom. On a main road, but very quiet at night. Bus-stop immediately outside: Bus no. 6 takes one to the door for 1 Euro. In the morning, a member of staff is available to take visitors in to town by car. Not so conveniently situated for late evenings in town.

Viesnīca atradās ļoti tuvu mūsu plānotajiem apskates objektiem. Personālam bija individuāla attieksme pret viesiem. Patika siltās telpas un iespēja izmantot bezvadu internetu. Ar mums iedoto atslēgu komplektu, neatkarīgi no personāla, viesnīcā varējām atgriezties jebkurā laikā. Ērta stāvvieta tieši pretī mūsu numuriņa logam. Brokastīs tika ņemts vērā tas, ka esam veģetārieši. Nakšņojot numuriņā bija dzirdami trokšņi no blakustelpām. Ārdurvīm ir ļoti skaļš durvju zvans.

Очень уютный отель. Домашняя атмосфера, очень чисто. Приготовив себе еду на кухне, можно приятно посидеть в гостинной отеля. Слишком много "нельзя" и "делайте вот так" от хозяйки отеля.

Расположен в красивом месте. Хороший завтрак. Оплата только наличными. Дымовая труба расположена ниже конька кровле: в номере пахло дымом. Низкие потолки.Узкие коридоры.Плохая звукоизоляция. В случае пожара придется эвакуироваться через окно. Нет разметки на парковке, пришлось переставить машину.

Hotellin hinta-laatu-suhde on hyvä. Aamupala oli runsas ja minun makuuni erinomainen. Omalla autolla liikkuvalle myös sijainti on hyvä. Voin suositella hotellia sellaiselle, joka etsii edullista majoitusta keskustan ulkopuolelta. Huoneet voivat olla eritasoisia toisiinsa nähden. Puutarhassa oli mukava grillata, vaikka erillinen 7 euron grillausmaksu olikin yllätys. Huoneen kokolattiamatto ei ole aivan uusi, mutta eipä se oikeastaan haitannut, kun en ole erityisen allerginen.

дом на окраине города, чистый воздух, двор с лужайкой. резервировал семейный номер на троих (взрослая дочь) за 60 евро. на месте хозяйка заявила, что раз дочь взрослая, то это 80 евро. может она и права, но за 80 шурокий выбор вариантов лучше
