the stuff was quit friendly, breakfast was nice

Hotel rules about closing entrance doors on key every time going in/out, taking off shoes entering the hall of hotel, rooms that are sold as double in reality are single and the price is very, very high for the services and accommodation available in that hotel!

Not fo that questhouse this time :(

Shower and toilet was in one room which couldn't be closed or either locked (and it was one for 2 rooms). We asked for 2 separate rooms for two separate people, but we got 1 bedroom and one room which included bed & sofa. Not normal that I had to go through their "bedroom" to go to breakfast. The older lady who is running this thing, forgotted to get taxi on asked time. Rooms were too hot and it was not allowed to open the windows in the room.

This was my second visit. I was pleased with the service of the staff and management of the Carolina. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Good breakfast and car park. It's not central but actually 5 minutes by car from the center of Tartu

The staff was not so kind during reservation, although we were 5 people, she didn't give us the most suitable room (4+1) and gave us instead 3 rooms (2+2+1) which was less comfortable, less pleasant and, last but not least, more expensive (20 euros more). Although it was not so much, it hasn't been very kind.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I felt like I was at home. I would highly recommend to others visiting Tartu. Thank you for a great stay.

great service, our car battery died because we forgot the headlights on and we had to leave our car to the city center. Next morning we got a ride to downtown back to the car and got jump start with cables. Breakfast was also ok for the price. Family room was spacious.

Weather was hot and air conditioning would have been great.

The garden was very nice and there is a kitchen for the use of the guests.

The room was small and the double bed was very narrow for a couple.

Friendly staff, big "local" breakfast, very clean, value for money - located only 5 min. by car to downtown.

There is no A/C (not in our room).

What a gem of a place! Spotlessly clean and well-appointed...a real home-from-home. Masses of places to sit and relax, use of pc, kitchen, tea and coffee. Delightful room with single bed, day bed, plenty of hanging and storage space, large desk, TV and unit, bedside cabinet, and good lighting. Immaculate carpet and a shoes-off policy. Beautiful bathroom. On a main road, but very quiet at night. Bus-stop immediately outside: Bus no. 6 takes one to the door for 1 Euro. In the morning, a member of staff is available to take visitors in to town by car.

Not so conveniently situated for late evenings in town.

Двух-комнатный номер напоминает квартиру, что удобно для семьи с детьми. Скромный, но достаточный завтрак.

Не до конца ясно, чем можно воспользоваться в отеле. Был отдельный вход в номер, но непонятно, можно ли им пользоваться. Тот же вопрос касается и кухни. Сложилось такое впечатление, что хозяйка воспринимает гостиницу как собственную квартиру, что ограничивает свободу (особенно это может быть неудобно в путешествии с маленькими детьми)

Очень уютный отель. Домашняя атмосфера, очень чисто. Приготовив себе еду на кухне, можно приятно посидеть в гостинной отеля.

Слишком много "нельзя" и "делайте вот так" от хозяйки отеля.

Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu. Hyvät yleiset tilat. Bussiyhteyskin keskustaan näytti olevan hyvä. Siisti.

Vesivahinko vähän häiritsi.
