Central Hotel  

Convenient location close to the city centre and in walking distance to most of the sights in the city. Free parking in the backyard and free WiFi in the room. Quite nice breakfast.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Nice breakfast, with a lot of choice! Friendly staff.

Nice large room, same as on the picture (red decoration), large TV, bathroom with products and clean. Breakfast was good for short stay; every day the same plate with eggs, sausages, ham & cheese.

Like another guest already remarked, there was no warm water available. The hotel still seems to depend on the old “City – hot water (Soviet) system”. It’s surprising a nice renovated hotel not invested in its own “hot water system”. A reduction of 10% was offered as compensation for the inconvenience … but not for Booking.com guests. As a Booking.com guest already pays a low price, I got only 1,5 Euro- compensation a person for having no hot water. Not a very good guest- friendly signal of Central Hotel to Booking.com.

Just like in most hotels, if they have single rooms its some “lost” corner, here it’s not much different. But putted everything together it was reasonable; small TV, bathroom (no products) and clean. Breakfast was good for short stay; every day the same plate with eggs, sausages, ham & cheese.

A very good stay. Locked court yard , good welcoming , room & bath clean & confortable. Very closed to custom for our trip towards Russia.

What alovely place,friendly helpful staff-can`t fault them,particularly the nice lady,whom had the 7yr old boy,she was a gem-central hotel,do what you have do to keep her.The food,very nice,reasonable choice.would stay here again.The place very clean.Good location,with three eating establishments in that part of Narva very close.Ready to supply a street map and assistance for strangers to town incl.calling a taxi.

I suppose,not a dislike,but a miss oportunity,but access for disabled,no lift or elevator that I could see-i maybe wrong,if I am ,I apologise. That is why I gave a nine,if there was disability access,i would have even given an 11

Motorbike parking available at the backyard of the hotel.

Only cold water available. They knew it 24 hours before my arrival, but did not advise. This wasn't a big problem as outdoor temp was +24C.

Good location close to the city center, free parking, reasonable price, excellent and generous breakfast with tasty pancakes (and a selection of other hot dishes available), friendly staff, spacious and clean room with comfortable bed and large bathroom, stylish design - all of these makes the hotel a perfect place for rest.

Nice Lokation , ( Near Peter Platz ), Frindly Staff , Big Breakfirst and Good. But Main Plate you become with out ask. For something oather , you must ask only. Clean Room and big room and good Wifi in Room !! ( Room Nr. 35 ) !!!!!!

останавливались в трехместном номере, номер просторный, чистый, в целом все прилично.

завтраки, шведский стол очень скудный: мюсли, один вид колбасы, один вид сыра, кофе, чай. при этом горячее блюдо (одно на выбор: каша, яичница, омлет, блинчики или салат) надо заказывать заранее. были с маленьким ребенком, проживание ему предоставлялось бесплатно, при этом завтрак с одним из родителей, поэтому вынуждена была заказывать себе кашу. для сравнения, в январе останавливались в отеле ингер, завтраки были очень хорошие и разнообразные, хотя сам отель пообшарпаннее, чем сентрум.

здание отеля находится на тихой улочке, не шумно. это единственное что можно сказать хорошего. все остальное "ниже уровня городской канализации".

1. в гостинице 3 этажа, а лифта нет. само здание, как минимум сталинской постройки, и естественно ширина лестниц и высота ступенек оставляют желать лучшего. и теперь представьте: стандартный чемодан еле-еле помещается между перилами лестницы и стеной. и это только между 1 и 2 этажом. лестница между 2 и 3 этажом еще уже. я получила незабываемые ощущения пока "перла" 3!!! (т.к. в поездку мы отправились в троём: мой ребенок 8 лет, моя мама и я) чемодана на 3 этаж. 2. Пересечение границы было забронировано на 06.00 и я, естественно, поинтересовалась на ресепшен, возможно ли в это время получить хотя бы кофе. Ответ был: "НЕТ" и ВСЕ!!! И никаких вариантов. Даже "извините" и т.д. девушка - администратор выдавить из себя не смогла. 3. Номер бронировали двухместный с доп. кроватью для ребенка. Думаете кто-нибудь почесался застелить доп. кровать?! Эта кровать еще так "удобно" расположена в номере, в апендиксе между основной стеной номера и стеной ванной комнаты, что застелить ее крайне сложно. Но я с ребенком кое-как справилась. Была бы моя мелкая на пару лет младше и пришлось бы спать мне там вообще без постельного белья. 4. В ванной комнате номера стандартная душевая. И, судя по всему, никто из персонала не в курсе, что плесень со стенок и стыков удалять необходимо регулярно!!!! 5. На всей немудрённой мебели в номере местами оторвана кромка. Сложно купить бухту меламиновой кромки и пройтись с утюгом по всем торцам, чтобы придать аккуратный вид?! 6. Зарегистрировались мы в отеле в 22.00, предыдущего перед пересечением границы дня. В это время в отеле Вас тоже уже не покормят. Предложат сходить в соседний "Кинг". Ничего кроме отрицательных эмоций Вас в этом "хотеле" не ждет!!!!

расположение очень хорошее - перешел границу и сразу остановился на ночевку, чтобы утром начать трип по прибалтике. в непосредственной близости замечательный ресторанчик, своя парковка в закрытом дворике, милые девченки на ресэпшн и кухне - все отлично по соотношению цена/качество, рекомендую.

Hyvä sijainti kaupungin keskustan ja tärkeimpien nähtävyyksien tuntumassa, valvottu pysäköinti, kauppakeskus vieressä, ruokaravintoloita vieressä. Mukavan tilava huone.

Henkilökunta joko ei osannut viroa tai osasi viroa huonosti. Ylimman kerroksen huoneessa oli vain kattoikkuna ja kerrokseen vievät portaat eivät sovi huonojalkaiselle-
