Location , Clean , helpful staff , Value for money .. -Check in should be 14:00 pm according to Booking.com but the Receptian Girl let me wait till 15:00 pm to check in , and other Hotels like Tallink let me check in even before 13:00 . - Drunk finnish guys who came back too late at night ( 4:00 or 5:00 am ) and shouting in front of my Room ..it was really bad.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast included in the price, good location for those coming by ferry. Value for money. Noisy. You will easily hear your neughbours, because the walls are not thick enough and also because 80% of your neighbours will be drunken Finnish guys.

This is my third time at this hotel. Was given the opportunity to upgrade this time by booking.com to a superior double room for 3 nights for € 25.35 and it was well worth it. Especially as I had my 2 young boys with me, As always all the staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant and breakfast was very good and fresh. Conveniently situated next to the ferry ports to Finland and Sweden. Short walk to the old town. Will always use this hotel whenever I am in Tallinn. Nothing I do not like except the TV. As commented previously the hotel need to update and upgrade all rooms with new flat screen TV's. Present ones are of the old type very small in the corner and high up the wall. You will need to bring your own binoculars to view the TV as the hotel does not provide binoculars. Apart from this nothing negative about this lovely and friendly hotel.

Nice hotel, located just 10-15 minutes by walk from the Old Town. Very comfortable soft beds - really liked it. Had a dinner at the hotel one night - quite good and not expensive. It was cold outside, about -10, but the room was warm enough. Lack of shower curtain. The floor in bathroom is wet due to it.

Hotel is very conveniently located with easy walking access to the Old Town and City. Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was of excellent value. Will return to this hotel again. Restaurant not open in the evenings. Television needs updating. Very small old styled television stuck high up the wall, would need binoculars to watch.

Close to the port. My superior doubleroom was a very good size and a comfortable sofa. Very basic breakfast but okey. In my room the blinds were broken. 2 wallights did not work. The tv is far to small for a room of that size, and to high up.

Hop on/off buss stops right in front of the hotel, was very convenient. Decent breakfast. Free parking was small and I had to pay 10Euro for second day because there were no free spots left.

-Very good and helpful stuff -very close to free bus -very close to ferry terminal -very nice made sauna wich you can reserve. Luxus for small price. -Delicious breakfast and a'la carte food -Very,very dry air in the rooms -in stead wooden cribs for kids better would be turistic crib-wooden ones were very used and they were falling to pieces. Literally. -Only one chair for feeding small kids! -No directly conection from garage to hotel, you have to walk outside around hotel wich is not nice when you have to carry a lot of luggage, especialy during cold and snowy winter.

Не далеко от центра. Отличный Wi-Fi. Нормальный сервис, приличный завтрак за эти деньги. Три звезды слишком "громко" сказано для этой гостиницы. Немецкие, французские три звезды рядом не стоят, был удивлен.
