I chose this hotel because of its location and price. It's excellent for those staying for a few days and travelling by ferries, as the hotel is just across the street to Terminal D from where Tallink Silja starts for Helsinki and Stockholm and it's two minutes from the bus stop to Viking Line terminal. The rooms are cosy and clean. Wi-fi is included in the price and is rather fast. Unfortunately, there are very few rooms with double beds, and all of them are on the ground floor, so we had a twin. It was not a big problem for us, though. |

a great value for money or family trip! right in front of you is the terminal d & 10 mins walk to terminal a-c if your going to helsinki and as well the city sightseeing hop in hop off bus to. |

Понравился просторный номер, достаточно хороший завтрак, который входил в стоимость номера, и соотношение качества номера, обслуживания, питания с ценой было идеальным В обоих ванных комнатах появлялся не очень приятный запах, рекомендую проверить сантехнику. |

Хороший персонал. Удобное расположение относительно порта. Заменить душевую кабину! Перегородка не доходит до пола, весь пол в воде. |

Erg fijne bedden, vriendelijk personeel, grote kamer, simpel maar al het nodige was aanwezig. Het bed was niet schoon toen we aankwamen (haren e.d. van vorige gasten tussen de lakens) |

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä ja maukas. Hotellin sijainti laivaterminaalin ja Nordecentrumin lähellä on hyvä. Huoneen TV oli aika pieni. Tosin lyhyellä kaupunkimatkalla ei ehdi tv:tä paljon katsoakaan, joten asia ei ole olennainen. |

Очень удобное расположение около Терминала D, бесплатный WiFi, хороший завтрак, вежливый персонал, очень привлекательная цена. Камера хранения - если паром вечером, а надо выселиться из номера. Комнаты очень скромные, но аккуратные и достаточно стильные |

Большие комнаты, удобное расположение. Интерьер очень бюджетный (линолеум и т.п.), соответствует цене. Ещё: мы купили номер на четверых (два спаренных номера с дверью), но указали, что приедут три человека. В итоге нам попытались дать один номер с extra bed за ту же цену. По требованию, поменяли на два. Мораль: настаивайте на своих правах :). |

Huone oli hyvällä ja rauhallisella paikalla.Wlan toimi hyvin myös huoneessa.Aamupalalla oli siistiä ja se tarjonta oli riittävä. Suihkua sai valuttaa aika kauan,ennen kuin tuli kuumaa vettä. |

City Hotel Portus oli mielestäni erinomaisella paikalla omia tarpeitamme varten. Lyhyt matka kaupoille ja satamaan. Suomenkielen hyvin taitava respa on hyvä lisä hotellin maineelle. WLAN iso plussa! Mielestäni aamupalalla voisi olla enemmän vihanneksia ja hedelmiä tarjolla. Myös hotellihuoneen pieni televisio isoon huoneeseen suhteutettuna ei mielestäni ole asiakkaalle mieleinen. |

Het ligt tegenover de haven,leuke uitjes, het is dicht bij het oude centrum en ook bij de wat grotere uitgaansmogelijkheden. Als je met de bus naar andere steden wilt kun je een taxi nemen of met het openbaar vervoer gaan daar dit wat verder van het hotel ligt. Een keer vergeten mij ,s morgens te wekken daar ik dit wel gevraagd had! |

Ravintolan ruoissa hyvä hinta-laatu-suhde. Henkilökunnan kielitaito erinomaista. Lyhyet välimatkat joka puolelle, joskin näin lähes kaikissa alueen hotelleissa. Aamupalalla pieni valikoima. Lisäksi tilasin seitsemältä herätyksen, mutta heräsin vasta 7.30. Alakerran ravintola suljettiin turhan aikaisin (n. klo 21) . Aamulla ei tullut suihkusta lämmintä vettä. Huoneiden sisustus oli hyvin askeettinen. |

расположение отеля очень удобное для тех, ктол планирует путешесвие на пароме. да даже если и не планировать, то до старого города пешком 10 мин. ресепшен работает 24 часа, очень удобная кровать (очень сладко спалось) небольшие проблемы с душем. постоавить какую-нибудь перегородку отделяющую душ от остальной ванной комнаты. когда моешься, то вода растекается по всему полу |
