The room was large, quiet, warm and felt like an upmarket hotel without the upmarket prices or pretensions. Wireless connections an added bonus, but then Estonia is an IT-friendly country. As rooms are on the ground floor the windows are screwed shut for security, but a bit of ventilation is needed, even if snowing outside. The shower drain a bit smelly but old Soviet drain systems are smelly, ( this problem will be rectified one day). A bath, as opposed to a shower would be lovely after a cold day sightseeing the lovely city, but a hot shower sufficed. A small kettle in the room would be great in winter and to have a hot tea with the breakfast bag provided. |

Very good value for money. Good location, just a short walk through the park from the Liberty Square. Professional and helpful staff. Internet password was not in the info file in the room. I had to call the reception. |

The location of the hotel is quite good, just ~7 minutes from Old town. There is a big parking place behind the hotel, in front of windows of the rooms - it's very comfortable and free for hotel guests. The room and bathroom was clean. The staff of the hotel is friendly and helpful. It was very strange and a little bit confusing, that the reception of this hotel was in the other building, which is the other hotel. We were confused, when we came to that building only to ask if they know how to find our hotel, but surprisingly the receptionist said that we are on the right place and gave us the keys from our room. So we went 80 meters to other building and finaly found the hotel - without reception, but just with rooms and halls. :) We didn't like only one thing in this hotel - the quite thik walls. We had neighbours, who were snoring, so we heard that and even woke up from these sounds. |

No breakfast inc. - good if you want to sleep and have cofee in nearby Old Town. We didn't like noise from the street side. It wasn't loud, but you can hear transport - street is 2 meters from window. Hotel should tink about changing windows. |

central location; the spa and restaurants across the street there was no room service and changing of towels included in price for room; it had to be paid extra (towels 5 Euros and cleaning 10 Euros); the bed in double room was actually two twin beds which did not stay together |

Proximity to very downtown of Tallinn (Just cross the road and you are at Toompea area of Tallinn : Parliament and Russian Orthodox Church. Tall and thick fortress towers. Spacious rooms with TV and shower. Quiet rooms at the backyard side. Street (Paldisli mnt) noise from the passing cars in the front rooms of the hotel thru the windows. Absence of the small refregirator or an icemaker. Necessety to hand over the credit card number & expiry date in writing inside the hotel check-in registation form. |

close to the old town, very good service, God value for money, highly recommended as place to stay for class of hotel. I was on ground floor room. For safety, the windows could not be opened, so the room was a little "stuffy", but not unbearably so. |

It is very close to the city center. The free of charge car parking was allowed. Room service is a addition rate, and not include. |

Hotel is lose to Old Town and also to Railway (so you don't need to use taxi or bus those are expensive in Tallinn now). The double was quiet (the window looks to the backyard). Cheapness. WiFi is free of charge. We found several long hairs as one reviewer *) The towels were not quite white. The hotel looks empty (because the reception is in another building). And of course coffee-machine has very bad software ((( so it's hard to find even water at hotel (plus the fact: there's no shop in close area). |

rooms were large enough and had comfort. The bed was very nice. Tallinn de kalınabilecek temiz, ulaşımı güzel ve bir cazip otel. Sadece oda olarak hizmet alınacaksa çok iyi. wireless Internet connection was not working in room |

The rooms were really modern, large and very comfortable. The staff were so helpful, also get a massage.....it was fantastic! Don't get a room on the road side. It was so noisy I couldn't sleep. I was given ear plugs from the hotel staff. Also, the Wifi does not work in all the rooms. |

Good value for money. Close to railway station and old town. According to the description there should have been free wireless internet - this was not the case. However, I managed to connect by cable. |

Отель удобно расположен, комнаты чистые, в отеле чисто и уютно. Да, кровати можно сделать чуть более жесткими, на мягком матрасе не очень удобно спать... |

The hotel was perfect. The hotel is clean, adapted and modern. The Staff was pleasant. The hotel is in the city centre only 5 min. for walk to the Toompea castle, 10 min. for walk to the Town hall square (Raekoja plats) and 10 min. by car to the harbor with ferry to Helsinki. Tallinn is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Many people says: "Tallinn is Prague of north". /CZ: Hotel byl perfektni. Byl cisty, upraveny, moderni. Prijemny personal. Vyborna poloha hotelu v centru mesta. 5 min. pesky k hradu Toompea, 10 min. pesky na hlavni namesti Raekoja plats s radnici a 10 min. autem do pristavu s trajektem do Helsinek. Tallinn je opravdu jedno z nejhezcich mest Evropy. Nedivim se, ze mnoho lidi ho nadi ho nazyva Prahou severu./ Nothing. / Nic. |
