Perfect locality (close to the city center and also easily reachable from the airport), comfortable room, friendly staff on the reception, tasty and rich breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was well-heated in mid-winter. The bathroom was excellent. The hotel was close to the old city

The breakfast included in the room price was eaten in a lounge room. It consisted of a pre-packed bag with white bread sandwich, yoghurt, fruit juice and apple. I think this could have been better quality/more imaginative. Coffee was available using a coffee percolator. There were no staff in attendance. Guests had difficulty using the percolator and cups were not always available - I think some guests may have taken them to their rooms leaving none for others.

I thought the staff was very efficient, helpful and friendly...they seemed to really enjoy their jobs and had pride in it. Also people working in the restaurant at breakfast worked hard to ensure everyone got what they wanted even though it was busy. The breakfast was very good and featured a wide variety of things from french toast to yoghurt, bacon and eggs, delicious pastries...really outstanding for the price.

The bathroom floor could have been cleaned better. Shower curtain was dirty.

Great location for reasonable price. Even 1week stay will not cost you much. Compared to other hotels, you can save a lot of money, for relatively good accomodation.

The breakfast. I kind of liked it, tha way they served it. In paper bags. You could take it with, but every day the same. If you stay there longer, you will have enough!

Amazing Staff, ex. location - just 15 min till old town. Super sauna and swiming pool.

Good value/ good location/

The only positive in this hotel was location: City Hotel is quite easily reachable from the city centre.

We took a standard triple room and got a double room with one additional portable bed instead. The room was so small that we hardly had any space to move around. What is more, our room was on the ground floor, located near a noisy street, right next to a bus stop. The breakfast (delivered in a brown bag) was also poor and tasteless. Considering these reasons, I don't think that quality-price match in this hotel was good.
