Staff was polite even though they had real difficulties with English language.

Room was very dirty. Dust on the floor, some dirt in the sheets and brown spots in towel. Totally ugly. Toilet didn't flush well. Ugliest hotel I've ever been. Wouldn't recommend to anybody and certainly won't be back. Above all, they doublecharged me for my room. Terrible.

The two good things about the hotel were the location - halfway between the Old Town and the Kadriorg park and within walking distance of both - and the price we got (35 EUR/night). The included breakfast was adequate, considering the price, but I've had better in most other two-stars I've stayed at.

Both rooms we were shown were less than appealing, but as we had prepaid the stay, it was too late to cancel and look for accommodation elsewhere. The first room (standard double) had a strong musty smell and dust caked windows that faced a busy street and could not be opened. We didn't spend enough time in it to notice anything else. The receptionist then changed our room to a three bed that faced the yard. This room was nicer in that it didn't smell, but the bathroom floor tiles were cracked and uneven, with sharp edges. Windows still could not be opened and the en-suite bathroom was not exactly noise insulated. I would only ever recommend sharing rooms in this hotel with people you're very familiar with. It was good value for money, but next time we're in Tallinn, we'll look for something more comfortable, even if it costs more.

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. The rooms are poorly equiped. Very poor sound insulation between rooms. Rooms are very dirty. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great location just near Old Town and Viru street. Outstandingly good breakfast for 2-stars hotel, free wifi, kind and helping personnel.

Horrible bathroom with lack of venting -> smells like a hell.

Qualified and kind staff great atmosphere very useful 24h reception we were given a higher standard room (with bathroom) for the price of the one without bathroom, as our second night in the hotel was a bit of suprise and there was no lower standard room at this point. We went to Tallin on quite a small budget, and that really saved our day :) big plus there!

There was nothing to complain about for this price.

The room is very small, there was no wardrobe, the lock of the balcony door was broken, the carpet on the floor was wet. Although it is written on the site that the chek-out is at 12, it is actually at 11. The balcony was full of garbage (old cigarettes, papers, etc).

Breakfast was ok and the location is ok, about 10 mins by foot to the centre, which is little bit long distance in Tallinn, though.

The bathroom of the room was very small. The noise isolation was very weak, so one could heard all sounds through the door. The lightning of the room was quite awful, only bright flurescent lights in the roof of the room.

Sauna on top floor free to use for all guests.

Although listed in the conditions, wifi internet was not working in my room (signal was too weak to connect). Lady at the reception had difficulties with English.

Location, value for money.

It was one lack only: the window in room was closed (blocked) and it was impossible to open it!!!

internet did not function, I had to work for many hours in the lobby, no one cared to fix it or to help, the water tab was extremely loud, it was cold in the room, breakfast was very poor.

You get everything you need with low price.

Soundproofing wasn't really good.

The hotel is just in the city center and close to the old town and the coach station. The stuff is very friendly. The room is clean and nice. The price is very cheap also.

Changing rooms were easy, staff were friendly and cooperative.

10 min walking to the Old Tallinn, 10 min to Cadriorg Park and museum KUMU. Big Tv with many channells, It was very warm in the room, excellent breakfast (chocolate cake for breakfast was fantastic, very tasty). And wonderful receptionist Julia, very friendly and helpful. We think it the best hotel in Tallinn value for money, much better than many hotels with more stars.
