The booking.com reservation never arrived at the hotel, which is unacceptable. Despite that, we got a room, which was spacious, clean, and quiet. Hotel staff was very nice. Breakfast was OK. Recommended. |

There is no place for smokers. Non-smoking rooms, non-smoking areas everywhere. The only place you can smoke - out of the hotel, on the street, under the rain / snow / etc. Really - I was shoked, even when you sit in your room on the 5th floor or in the bar on the zero floor, you should dress and get your umbrella and go out on the street to smoke. |

Hotel location is convienient. Room telephone charges are exorbitant and unreasonably high.For a local call of 3 minutes I have been charged 49 Kroner.Hotel should display the tarrifs on reception desk as well in the room. |

Everything. Tallinn and this hotel was a real surprise. The hotel is perfectly located right at the heart of the mediaval town. It is not even 15 minutes from the airport. It is comfortable. |

Opera and fine dining. When first visiting (2008) everything was very good. The second visit (2009) was allright. The bathroom wasn't so luxurius as it was at the first visit. Well, the price for the room was very reasonable, so we get a goog value for the money. The staff was excellent! |

Location is excellent: it is right in the middle of everything. Breakfast was good; price/quality ration very satisfactory. Size of the rooms was a little disappointing: room was very small, only accommodated a large bed + bed-side table. |

nice common area--executive rooms have suffient room and closet space. Very noisy layout--can easily hear through the walls and central staircase sends noise up through the hotel into the hallways and rooms. Have stayed here two different weekends and both times were awaked in the middle of the night by guests in the hallways congregating and partying. It is a nice facility but we need our sleep so we will be staying elsewhere. |

It is a comfortable hotel in a very nice old building in the middle of the old town. The price of the room was a special offer, so lower than normally, but it was reallly value for money. |

Nice and friendly staff. Very good position in Old Town. Nice room. It should be made clear that sauna and jaccuzzi is not included in the rates for room. That was disappointing. |

The breakfast was good and the hotel was very convenient which we knew having stayed there before. Our room was much smaller than our previous one. The coffee cups in our room were not washed up one day and a hair curler left by a previous guest was not removed the whole time we were there. |
