Parking free of charge. The internet connection didn't work in our first room, so we got an upgrade. WiFi connection somewhat poor - kept losing the connection. Breakfast not very impressive. |

The hotel had a good location, 3 minutes form the old town. The staff were helpful and friendly. The inclusive breakfast had a good range of food. The suite / room was clean & on a split level with plenty of space In my booking a had requested a quiet room, but I was given one by the main road when i checked in. It seemed that the request hadn't been passed on to the hotel or had been ignored Fortunately it was not noisy so it didn't matter. |

booked this hotel upon a recommendation of a friend, we found it was an excellent choice: close to the old city, very good room, beds, services; convenient free car parking |

Good location, parking was free of charge, friendly receptionist, not many people living in the hotel. 1. No full info for tourists in the hall and in the room. 2. Dusty in many places and up on handrails. 3. Used coffee cups and cake plates stay on the table of public area for many days. (can send a picture) 4. No good service in the restaurant, personnel was watching TV instead of helping with breakfast 5. |

The hotel is very well located - close to downtown (5 min. Walking to St. Olaf), the ferry terminals and the station. This is a new hotel, the architecture is eye-pleasing (redesigned former factory), the rooms are nice (not super-big though), the staff was very friendly. Windows are interior but open on a well-lit atrium space. Sure, there are 4* with bigger rooms and nicer breakfasts but you will pay twice as much ... |

I found the sauna at the right temperature, after having waited for one hour, acceptable delay, and at a good offered price, 20 € / hour for exclusive use The private road in front of the entrance of the hotel was not cleaned from the snow, so I fell down slipping on the ice. |

There were not any leaflet about the hotel itself, only about the Domina hotels worldwide. I would like to get more info about the hotel, breakfast etc. as I am used to have on the other hotels. |

Very convenient for Tallinn Old Town with just a short walk from Fat Margaret's Tower. Good choice of hot and cold food for breakfast. The massage facilites although promoted were not available. Sauna and jacuzzi were only available on an hourly basis pre-booked in advance. |

Had a great power Shower. And there were lovely fluffy bath robes for us to use. Would like to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. We did not have a double bed only two single beds, we asked to swop and were told we would have to pay extra as there were no double bed rooms at our price range. |

The superior room far outways the classic in value for money. Appreciated the space and quiet The facilites could have been better. ie there was a stove in the room but no pans or utensils or kettle - and there was nothing available when you asked |

Hyvä aamupala ja riittävästi varusteltu huone. Hintalaatusuhde on hyvä. (Henkilökunta ei puhunut suomea, se voisi jotakuta häiritä) |
