High quality hotel at a very resonably price.Quiet and modern. Only that the "old town" and the restaurants are about a ten walk away. But this is reflected in the price! |

Hotel was situated in an old factory building that was restored with good taste. Reception, lounge areas and restaurant were modern and well maintained, the guest room quite new but standard one. Room was very clean, especially shower and toilet, which was a positive surprise. Free internet access via cable was also availabe. Location of hotel close to harbour was only partly true.Notice that one of the terminals are quite far away this hotel and therefore hotels in city centre are closer than Ilmarine. I'm also sure that quantity (but not quality) breakfast may raise questions. |

Close proximity to the old city. Low prices in hotel bar. Rooms were very overpriced. I would not stay in this hotel for that price if I had a choice. Unfortunately all the other hotels were fully booked. Also there was noise coming from the vacuuming system all the time. I asked hotel staff to fix it. They looked at it but did not fix it. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. |

We arrived a day early and the hotel was able to accommodate us. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was an excellent location for us. There was a restaurant and cafe in the hotel. However, the cafe was never open and it would have been nice to have somewhere to go for a snack. |

When we arrived, Raul, the porter helped us move in. He was very pleasant and welcoming. During that time, we got moved to another room and he helped us willingly. Parking is good. Location is really good - walking distance to the old city and the modern city. We has a smallish room but all in all ok. About the reviews, half no and half yes. |

Parking free of charge. The internet connection didn't work in our first room, so we got an upgrade. WiFi connection somewhat poor - kept losing the connection. Breakfast not very impressive. |

The hotel had a good location, 3 minutes form the old town. The staff were helpful and friendly. The inclusive breakfast had a good range of food. The suite / room was clean & on a split level with plenty of space In my booking a had requested a quiet room, but I was given one by the main road when i checked in. It seemed that the request hadn't been passed on to the hotel or had been ignored Fortunately it was not noisy so it didn't matter. |

Good location, parking was free of charge, friendly receptionist, not many people living in the hotel. 1. No full info for tourists in the hall and in the room. 2. Dusty in many places and up on handrails. 3. Used coffee cups and cake plates stay on the table of public area for many days. (can send a picture) 4. No good service in the restaurant, personnel was watching TV instead of helping with breakfast 5. |

The hotel is very well located - close to downtown (5 min. Walking to St. Olaf), the ferry terminals and the station. This is a new hotel, the architecture is eye-pleasing (redesigned former factory), the rooms are nice (not super-big though), the staff was very friendly. Windows are interior but open on a well-lit atrium space. Sure, there are 4* with bigger rooms and nicer breakfasts but you will pay twice as much ... |
