Wi-fi didn't work consistently in the room

I love everything about this hotel which is getting better exept the pillows. That's why I always have my own one with me. But I still will return to Dorpat. Yes, with my pillow :)

Location

Excellent breakfast, clean rooms, very helpful staff, easy communication in English and Russian languages.

Poor wifi conection in the rooms.

No tea and coffe facility's

Nothing from our pre-booking request have been carried out.

All efforts to give comfort to marathon skiers were gretat.

That bottles with soap, which you have to push by fingers, to get the spray. I rather lake bottles of another type.

Spa for me means pools and baths also. I would call this as Health spa or massage spa - as there are no pools ! Waterpark is few hundred meters away.

Cannot say that I really liked anything, it's very average 3 star hotel. It was clean but I suppose it's normal for 80 euros per night. Though the window was really dirty from the outside.

The reception staff was not very friendly. The spa staff was really slow, so we even diceded not to go there. The breakfast is very poor and almost uneatable. Pillows were relly small and not comfortable.

The Dorpat Hotel has nice design, great food, comfortable location.

I cannot say anything bad about Dorpat hotel. Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Nice river views, convienient location for old town but be careful in summer, even though it's a large conference hotel the rooms do not have a/c

The hotel is just across AHHAA and a nice walk along the river from the Old Town. A big shopping mall is just around the corner and the parking is very convenient. It's a pity we didn't have time to enjoy what the Spa has to offer. Breakfast consists of basic selection but very good. There's free WiFi access in the rooms.

The wi fi is rubbish has a crazy code which is almost impossible to use I got on line at reception then at my breakfast table it was off line again

The mattresses were very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. Very convenient location for getting around Tartu city center.

Free wi-fi in the rooms would have been nice.

too expencive, the girl at the reception didn't speak Russian and could hardly understand English.

We were lucky and got the room in 6th floor with the view to the river. Very good location - near the old city and main Raekoja place. Kaubamaja shopping center is nearby. And museum of science Ahha is next to this hotel.

the excellent service for a moderate price and the real wunderful breakfast table

Nice view of the river and the city. Soft bed, great and delicious breakfast.
