The location is perfect, it was the main reason I chose the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is quite standard, I have nothing exceptional to mention, no good, neither bad. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, nice view from the window...

Good Rate, well positioned for my business trip, very good room , comfortable, clean and overall a good experience Very disapointed in the pre selected and paid for evening meal. It was not explained that I would only have a limited choice from the menu and the meals were not hot.

Great SPA treatments. Some very helpful male staff at the reception desk. Clean and quiet room. Free internet. Very good location. No air-conditioner nor even a simple ventilation. The first night we had more than 30 degrees in our room. The worst exeprience ever. Knowing that the weather is warm outside and we are with small children in one room, they could have offered a ventilator themselves, not by our request the next day. Very slippery bathroom floor, more than dangerous. A special bathroom carpet is strongly recommended. Non-professional and terrible slow restaurant staff. There were just few guests in the restuarant and the waitresses passed us several times within 20 minutes and did not even look at us or bring the menu. And we were not the onlyones waiting for their attention.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet, good location within a 10 minute walk to the town square It was so hot during my stay. There's no air conditioninig in the rooms and the windows are designed in such a way that you can't get any of the cool air in from outside at night. It's probably only a problem in the summer, but it's a big problem then.

This hotel is fine if the temperature outside is less than 25. If not, you are not going to use your room until 10 in the night because it's very hot. Nor air conditioning, nor fan. Unfortunately for us the temperature was 37.

Location. Fair price for extra bed and dog. 10 and 13 euros per night. Also very good breakfast We entered the freezer. It was barely sub-zero outside, but it was only little over zero inside. We took extra blankets and put on sweaters to sleep -- not normal in a modern hotel like dorpat.

I like the location and complimentary breakfast. I would have enjoyed a kettle and coffee/tea in my room and wash cloths with my bath linens. The front desk service was exceptional.

“The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke good English. The hotel is easily found in the middle of Tartu, which is easy to navigate around. We were only there for one night but had a nice walk in the park and found the Wilde Restaurant attached to a theatre, which did fabulous food. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was substantial and varied.” Timothy, Musselburgh |
