if you need to get around tallinn, then its in the perfect location .trams, buses and trains right on the doorstep ...rooms were nice and mine was spotlessly clean ..staff all spoke and understood english and all were really friendly and helpful ... i visited over the weekend of 19,20 and 21 april ....i had heard before i went, that there was a restaurant next door ...yes indeed there was,but for some apparent reason it was shut on every evening whilst i was staying ,ok,i know this isnt the hotels fault, but there was no restaurant or snack facilities at this hotel atall ...breakfast was good though in the mornings .

Stayed many times in Tallinn, Econemy has Large bedrooms and circulation spaces, charming staff, extremely clean, good location near Balti jaam market, electric train station and tram stops giving very little noise. Trams go every few minutes to old town about 3kl. The adjoining Gusto restaurant recommended for quality and price. Hotel was in the in the process of renovation but caused little inconvienience. There was little storage in the rooms but they were large. Three floors with no lift could be a problem for some. Breakfast basic but good some hot food with fruit and cereals.

Location, attitude od staff. The hotel is much more comfortable than it looks like. However, it still has to be considered as a budget accomodation rather than a business hotel. Room little too noisy.

The very good location composed with the very nice staff, a clean room with a bathroom - you don´t expect more from a hotel for a two-three day visit. It is also great, that there is a possibility to check out till 5 P.M. and even later you can leave your staff and come back. What could be better is: there is no possibility to get a breakfast in the hotel. Also, it´s close to the central train station what is very good, but the area has a not really good opinion.

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Just a couple of minutes from the Old Town. Room and bathroom were neat for a very good price which included free WiFi as well (althought not very fast). Even though it's near the Old Town, it is also accross the street from train/tram station which may get noisy. And the people wandering around don't look too reliable which made the neighborhood not cosy at all. We avoided walking around in the evening.

We booked a double room and we found a very small bed just for one person. We buy.one room more paying the triple fare.payed for the.first room. In both room there was a lot of dirty and shower was only cold. In this way, if you want a cheap accommodation, an hostel is better

It is in a good location, next to the old city. It is also near the market where you can buy very cheap food. The room was clean and they cleaned it everyday. The water temperature in the shower! After the first day of cold /mildly warm water, we asked the receptionist if they had a problem. They asked us what floor we were in. We were on the 3rd and last. And they said "oh the 3rd floor, unfortunately that happens sometimes". Guess what, it happened in the three days we were there. Only in the late afternoon you'll be able to get hot water. After you get used to it, its ok, but its not very comfortable. The staff could be more friendlier... But we realized that's an Estonian thing, so you get used to that too.

The hotel justifies its name. For the price it is not bad - they try to do their best. Near to the port, railway station and old town. The neighborhood area is not very pleasant. The railway station as usual attracts marginal persons, ugly shops etc. But all this is not to extreme extent.
