Clarion Hotel Euroopa  

I really enjoyed good proximity both to the Terminal and the old town. And the all the staffs were very kind and eager to be of service.

It's excellent room - spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and generally very good food in hotels restaurant. Excellent cuisine for this value.

Good location by the marina, close (10 min. On foot) to the Old City and to the Rotermann’s Quarter. * Nice, spacious, clean rooms. * Breakfest plentiful. * The staff helpful and friendly. * Cheap Airport Shuttle. * Shopping center by the hotel. * The nicest view have rooms on the 6th floor, facing the marina (with balconies).

There were some problems with an air-conditioning and ventilation (it is central). There are rooms, where it doesn’t work (there was 30° c !) and other rooms (E.G. on the top floor, facing the inner yard), where awful noise from the ac installation on the roof is heard (must use earplugs at night, although windows closed !) . An electric kettle would be useful

Wheelchair friendly, clean, hotel with friendly staff.

Breakfast was substandard. Very few staff present, overworked by the number of guests and the selection was running out, tea was cold, juice warm, etc... Extra bed was charged but no extra linen was provided.

Try to pay extra for a room with a balcony and a view. Then you can fully enjoy a wonderful view to a little part of the old town, and the habour and sea. Very near to the ferry terminals and a short walk from the city center and the old town. A little shopping center across the street.

Possibility to have a car in safe carage. Very close to harbour and shopping center. Good wellcoming

The air conditioning didn't work in the room

Location by the seaside close to Old City marina. We had a yacht at the marina and it was very nice to have a room facing the marina and follow the happenings around the marina area. Room was nice, spacious, modern, clean. Service polite and professional. Also the value for money was at correct level.

Breakfast too crowded. It looked like a busload of people not staying at the hotel had breakfast and made the whole breakfast experience down.

We had a room on the 6th floor with excellent views, the sea was frozen which made the stay special. The balcony came very useful to enjoy the lovely sunshine of Tallin. Reception staff were fantastic, were able to give knowledge and help when needed. We would like to give aspecial mention to Mrs Czajkowska on reception, who went over and above to deliver wonderful service.

The room was of good quality, but not a superior room. The bathroom was small and the bath blug did not work, so we were unable to use the bath. Towels were on the thin side and the shower flooded the small bathroom, which resulted in the floor being slippy and me having a nasty fall.

are there any free TV channels available?(at least ,i didn;t find ) a little far from the old town (15 mins walk).

Comfortable parking under the building.

Blanket and pillows was smelling like somebody was smoking in the room before our arrival. Too low air temperature in room.

If i were in Tallinn again, i will choose this particular hotel.
