Some unpleasant odours in the bathroom

The location near Old Town and the expansive view of the water. The breakfast was better than average and the prices were a good value. The room was adequate and the staff were polite

It's not a 4 star hotel. Holes in the lobby furniture, lobby carpet in dis-repair. The allowed smoking area propels smoke thru the front doors and permeates into the lobby

Excellent location as it is close to ferry terminal, and opposite to the supermarket. The room face to the pier which is a nice view.

It is too crowded during breakfast

Location - near from old town, city center and railway station. Breakfast was very good, the room was light and comfortable.

No bath, just shower I booked superior double, but rooms was not like that. I stayed in room no. 643. In instruction payment will be done at time of check in but it was paid already

The hotel Euroopa is amazing, very clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious enough and well-furnished. The location is great, hotel is situated 5 minute walk from old town and very close to ferry terminals.

Hotel Euroopa has excellent location nearby the Tallinn Port. Rooms are spacious and some of them have a sea view. The service was very good and friendly. Location of the hotel is excellent to explore Tallinn Old Town by foot, it takes approximately 10 minutes walk to reach to Main Square. At the same it offers calm and relaxing environment for people who just want to rest. I paid 45 Euros for double room for single use and I consider services offered by Hotel Euroopa excellent value for money.

The speed of the internet was slow during the day. But it was still faster than in most hotels in other European countries I have stayed. It is enough for browsing and reading mail but not sufficient to have conference call over the Skype.

All staff was very friendly, excellent parking with fair price. Good location. Clean, cosy and good size room (standard) with excellent pillows :) got good sleep in night. Fresh and good breakfast. And late arrivals check in was so fluent, everything was ready, waiting for us. Fair pet fee. One of the best hotels in Tallinn.

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. The room is big enough, well-furnished and has everything what is needed for a 4 star hotel. The floor in the bathroom was heated, so it added an extra comfort to us. The location is even greater than we expected. Hotel is situated 5 minute walk from old city and 5 minute walk from the ferry terminals. If we visit Tallinn, we would definitelly stay there again.

Everything!!!! Very good combination of location, clean and cosy room, friendly and professional stuff, good breakfast and price. I'm glad to choose this hotel and will recommend it to my friends.

Good modern hotel and pleasant staff

Excellent impression in all aspects. Hotel located at city recreation area and few metres away from supermarket. Friendly helpful staff who speaks good English & Russian. Spacious room was in immaculate condition. Abundant mini bar. Good Internet access. Rich breakfast. Shuttle minibus provided at low cost.

Comfortable and clean room + very nice breakfast.

The hotel has good rooms and excellent breakfast, a high level of security with underground parking. Getting to Old Town hotel quests can use the hotel shuttle bus. Hotel located close to the port allows day trips to Helsinki.

Some stuff: the shower in the bathroom water along the edge of the tub is leaking onto the floor. The floor of the underground parking could have been cleaner.
