Hotel Euroopa  

Location and breakfast are great. The staff are helpful but little bit cool. Hotel is near the town and we take 15 mins. to old town by walk.

The hotel is nice, very nicely decorated in "nordic" style, nicely located - about 1km from the old town next to the port which made us hope that it has fresh air. They have kids' room on the first floor, reasonably priced hotel transfers, gym and saunas. Half of the rooms have a nice sea view (however, we were not provided with such a room and ours overlooked the parking). The restaurant where the breakast is served overlooks the harbour and is very pleasant. Has buffet options for lunch. Next to the hotel is a shopping mall with a cheap buffet restaurant and a supermarket which is certainly very convenient.

The staff was rather cold and not very welcoming. We were able to get smth only if we asked for it specifically several times. The room we saw on the Internet had a small sofa (where we planned to put our child) - ours only had a small armchair. The breakfast was not bad but probably not good enough for a 4* hotel - no fruit (not even bananas), no pastry (one strange type of cake every day and a jar of Nutella to put on your toast), no pancakes, and the tomatoes were rotten.

The rooms were comfy. The breakfast was good. The best part was the helpful people that worked there. The front desk was excellent. It made it easy for a traveler from out of the country to understand were things were and helpfulness. Also the price was good.

Stopped with friends. Also the site, the friendly personnel, breakfasts very much very tasty very was pleasant! It is obligatory to eat in plans to arrive here with children!

Quite big rooms, big bed. All nice and new / clean...breakfast offered a good choice for me and my Japanese colleague. Free wi fi also good

Rooms were comfy and spacious with ironing facilities ,hairdryer,safe and large tv. Sauna each day included in price. A gym and hair salon also in hotel.

My only dislike was that there were not any tea and coffee making facilities in rooms although you could buy coffee for two euro a cup at the bar, so any body who likes a hot drink in their room I would advise them to bring a travel kettle and buy tea or coffee just across from hotel in the large supermarket.

If i were in Tallinn again, i will choose this particular hotel.

Large rooms

The entrance to hale on the ground floorfrom the street is all time dirty ! Tha tables on brekfast nobody clian at all that makes a sad impression. You feel as at a cheap kafe on railwaystation. Old furniture there, damaged.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Nice atmosphere, practical location. My preference was a room on a top floor, I and got it. The room was spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. However, the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. P.S. Tallinn is a great city!

Delicious breakfast and free wi-fi in the room.

The service was excellent, and the staff warm and friendly. I had a very short stay, arriving late and leaving early, so they were very helpful

Service was good. Early check in was a pleasant surprise. NIce design, exellent breakfast. Cheap transfer.
