the staff were helpful was not apparent where the door to the hotel was or even where the hotel was. It was on the third floor of a building ( which we were not told )with no lift, so not suitable for people with mobility problems. although there was a tv and computer in the room it would have been better if a coffee/tea making facility were available. overall it was more a student accomodation than a hotel |

Slept reasonably well. Some of the staff were polite. The smell of the place wasn't great, the pictures online are very misleading. Only a couple of rooms look like that. It turned out to be 50% more expensive for a room, which was much much worse in every way than the pictures online suggested. |

The fact I got the room i booked originally in the end! I feel that it needs to be upgraded all over and not in just some areas. |

The girl at the reception when we arrived was not welcoming at all. However, the girl we met later did her job very good. |

Good location Very small room even for only 2 people uncomfortable beds and horrible pillows. Tiny and smelly/moldy bathroom (no window or fan...)Do not think to book a triple because it means a double room with a camping bed in it and you will not be able to move at all...In all not worth the money! |

The receptionist was very helpful and the location was fairly close to the old town but not right in it, which probably has advantages. The room was basic but clean and spacious. Great for a cheaper stay for people on tighter budgets who don't want to stay at a hostel. Our room, at the front on second floor, was loud with trams and buses going by and other guests coming in (and buzzing the door) at all hours so suggest if you want something quieter stay elsewhere - there are 2 categories of room, renovated and unrenovated, and ours was in the second (but cheaper!). May not be ideal for families with small children as hotel is up 2 flights of stairs and through 3 locked doors. |

Right in the center, really good value for money, shower and toilet in the room, simple and clean. Everything is according to the price: you cannot ask more for such money. |

Clost to the city centre and it's value. Very uncomfortable beds, old and worn towels. Annoying noisy peolple in the corridors at night, the clerk at the 24h reception ignored this and did not warn the noisy people. This place is more likely to be a hostel than a hotel. |

The hotel is clean and cheap. The hotel is at the third floor, but there is no elevator. Also, the stairway smells realy bad. |

The hotel is affordable and very convenient to the Old Town and the rest of downtown Tallinn; rooms have their own bathroom. We had booked a "four-person room," and I was expecting probably hostel/dorm style with bunk beds. Instead, it was a standard two-person room with two pretty bad cots we had to set up. So it was still a cheap place to stay, but there were other only slightly more expensive options available that would have been a little more reasonable for 4... |

Impossible to ask more for that money: your own room with shower and toilet. And in a quite good location within the city. In the same way, you cannot ask anything less either: old furniture, absence of decoration, no services or facilities, cleanliness not too exhaustive... Summarizing again: good value for very little money. Nothing less, but nothing else. |

1/Location; 2/The receptionist on my arrival (8th June) was excellent - competent and helpful. The next morning another receptionist was categorically disagreeable. So, if one is excellent and another not, the average mark is fair. 1/The hotel parking ticket should have exact time of the start and end of the permission, not only the dates, otherwise the end of parking is interpreted differently by the staff. One claims that the final day lasts for 24 hrs, while another insists that the final day is the expiry date which starts at 00.00. |

The Tallink Express Hotel (formerly the Reval Inn Tallinn) is a simple, yet fresh and trendy hotel offering you a high level of services at the smartest price in town. |
Whether you are on a vacation with your family or on a business trip, you can experience the conveniences of Reval Hotel Central. The hotel is a wonderful base for families. |
This is a hotel with antique, traditionally-furnished and cosy rooms on 4 floors of the building, and an overall historical atmosphere with plenty of pseudo-gothic details on display. |
Hotel Metropol is located in the recently restored Rotermanni section in the heart of Tallinn. |
