Very helpfull and professional staff and amazing spa facilities are the features of Georg Ots Spa Hotel. This, together with bright and modern fully-equipped rooms and excellent cuisine, made our stay there most enjoyable. We wished we had booked another couple of nights! Midsummer weather was perfect, but concert downtown was loud and could be heard right through to the hotel. We cannot blame it on hotel staff though! |

Modern design and solutions like CD player, pictures from 1950ties on the walls, very quiet and clean, evening sun balkony and view to yacht club, you can use saunas and pools all day long, well-mannered service, pancakes during morning buffet I took one procedure in spa centre: price of manicure was extremely expensive. |

Georg Ots Spa hotel was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, the pools and saunas (which are included in the price, and for unlimited time) was an excellent way to spend a rainy day in hotel. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious! |

Modern, nice hotel set in nice surroundings. Staff was polite and friendly, spoke adekvate English. Good kitchen. And a good bargain (Euro 51 for the room). Mosquitos from the wetland near by. |

Everything! The hotel was modern and fresh, the rooms big enough. The spa pools were great (several different ones), I especially liked the outdoors pool and 33 degree pool. Spa treatments were good too (and we tried 6 each). Restaurant was fabulous and lot of activities for children - even though our daughter is only 1,5 years. Not an issue about the hotel itself but just a tip if plan to you drive there - the connection ferry between Saarenmaa and mainland Estonia only goes once per hour so it might be a good idea to check out the schedule in advance (we didn't and were stuck waiting for quite some time). |

The clean rooms, and comfortable atmosphere for such a low price. I did not find the spa atmosphere that is advertised but found other clients who do not respect the idea of a spa. in the pool areas were people walking around with their beer, swimming in their bathrobes to impress their friends and babies in the jacuzzi in diapers, Not nice. I can't recommend it as a spa but as an inexpensive hotel with pools. |

hotel was lovely and clean and really enjoyed our stay nicest hotel we have stayed in Estonia and we have stayed in a few Breakfast was terrible and not suitable. ie steamed vegetables and chicken on the buffet table for breakfast, nothing that we would eat so we went 3 mornings without breakfast and only had coffee. hotel should really think about all of its customers and not just one type |

Excellent service, nice atmosphere, very god spa treatments. Some unsubstantial details to improve, like no tableclothes on tables at restaurant and others. But it really can't spoil the overall atmosphere |

Everything. Nature around, service- attitude. The menu of the restaurant could have more varieties. I stayed for 7 days and 6 plates was boring. |

Location; service; food; facilities The hotel only has 1 lift, which was broken the first 24 hours of my stay (to be fair, I arrived on Sunday, so perhaps it was impossible to repair it immediately). The spa section is not accessible to wheelchair users. |

Poor pool surroundings. The restaurarant was not "cosy", felt more like a railway station coffee shop. No comfortable chairs on the balcony, just uncomfortable pieces of wood. Small balcony with a poor view. Not the best location, although the location is near the ocean. View over parking areas and a apartement area also belonging to the hotel. |

A nice new hotel with luxorious SPA The prices in the restaurant were not corresponding to the quality of food though the restaurant is advertised in the web pages as courmet. The appetizer was blinis and salmon roe. The roe was seemingly frozen and tasted rancid. The main course was pike perch with smashed vegetable balls. The tiny pieces of size of thumbs of again frozen fish were hided into these balls which were seasoned with... |
