The small swimming pool, jacuzzi and the tv.and the people at the restaurant and the food is great. There is nothing to do and the massages for example the antistress is a rip off they say its 80 minutes and actually its 20 minutes massage 65 euros for that. Unorganized hotel and old from the windows you see nothing but ugly old buildings this is not the palce somebody would go for holidays. For business for 2-3 nights its ok to combine work with a bit relaxation. I wanted to sleep and they were doing noisy work on the hotel above my room those days. I dont understand since hotel was empty why they didnt give me a different room. The receptionist was bad without manners for a so caled "4 star" this hotel is a 2 star no more.

Great SPA procedures, massages and treatments. Crowdy, plenty of children in and around the pools don't let you relax and enjoy after SPA treatment, noisy renovation works in progress.

Good place to stay for a couple days in Saaremaa island. I liked a size of a hotel, quite small and comfortable, position on main street of Kuressaare town, within a short walk to beautiful park and castle. Spa was good for a couple hours, different saunas, pool was quite small and cold for me but a lot of families with kids liked it and spend a lot of time there... Room and bathroom was clean, hitted floors in the bathroom, bathrobes. Breakfast was very tasty, with a lot of choises warm and cold food, good coffee. Rose, the hotel restaurant in brick cellar is something one should not miss, food is excellent with local touch and produce, well prepared, good house wines. Friendly staff, good relation of quality and price, best place for nice dinner on the island. Our standard twin room on the ground floor was too warm and matrasses need to be replased, they were quite bowly on the middle, my back was sore in the morning. Carpeted quite worn floors, I was worried to step there with bare feet, bring some slippers. May be more expensive rooms upstairs are better, but in general hotel leaves impression it is in heavy use.

Very nice location: centre of beautiful Kuressaare. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Wide selection of SPA services (massage, body treatments, beauty salon). And of course spa centre was just amazing with wide selection of saunas.

The staff is not friendly, the maid didn't clean our room, the electricity went off for more than 3 hours, the bed was totally messed up it needs adjustment or changing. It is so obvious that the staff needs more training.

The choice at breakfast is adequate. Beware that standard singles or doubles available for booking here at booking.com are extremely small in size and located in the worst part of the hotel facing the road. The showers are simply terrible - the bathroom floor was flooded within seconds. Not impressed at all and would not recommend.

Very good location, 3 minutes walk from the Kuresaare Castle. Great spa- and wellness facilities, professional medical- and beauty treatments. The decoration of the lobby and cosy comfortable rooms. The breakfast was served in a very charming restaurant, everything was delicious and fresh, home-made pastries and yogurt, fresh coffe from the coffe-machine. A la carte dinner in the same restaurant was beyond expectations. Staff was helpful and professional. Probably one of the best spa-hotels, I've ever been.

Good value for money, central location, the spa was excellent! The hotel advertises free wifi, but this was not the case in the apartment that we stayed at, which was located at some short distance from the main building.

Poor service, too much money for unconvience staying, poor breakfast, broken TV. , There is no phone in the apartment. Desire to receive money for cancelled treatment. We are not enjoy. Also the manager want to contact with me to clarify situation, because in week-end he is day-off., but it was only empty words of staff. Honestly say, we live in apartment near main building 100 m, so my advise pls don't book apartment and can be uncomfortable, f.e to find out the password to access INTernet you have to go to reception, because there is no phone in the room. Maybe in main buiding the situation better. Poor service, too much money for unconvience staying, poor breakfast, broken TV. , There is no phone in the apartment. We had a big and lovely room and a nice bathroom. Interior details are just great and give you a warm and cosy feeling. The restaurant (in which both breakfast and dinner is served) is worth staying alone. It's like a walk back in history with it's stonewalls and many lovely small rooms. The staff is very helpful and smiling. The SPA-area is very nice. It has various small pools, including a bubblebath, and nice relaxing areas. We enjoyed the small but lovely private parking area inside the hotelarea. The restaurant seems to like salt in their food and we were not the only guests in the restaurant who got all dishes "seasalted" - but they quickly served new dishes for those who complaint about the food. You have to be very observant when booking a room at the hotel as the hotel's prices fluctuate a lot, both between weekdays and weekends and between seasons - and on top of it whether you book a room through a web-site or directly to the hotel. We made the wrong choice and ended up paying 32% more than the standard rack rate displayed in the reception. That's the only thing we didn't like about the hotel but it made our total experience much worse than it otherwise would have been.

Excellent staff and spa facilities. Small, but cozy, good to visit as a couple or with children. Beautiful island lacation. Rooms are nice, but doors might be squeaqi... It aint cheap... Restaurant seems to be too busy on weekends so service lags a bit due to understaffing, although the effort is present by the staff to speed things up.
