the receptionist was awesome lack of parking, small bathroom, no counter, enough hooks to put things in the bathroom, water not contained in shower. room was not at all restful. spa area not relaxing with so manyof people for such a small area. generaaly a very poor atmosphere in the spa. |

Everything. The terrible "animal planet" -show, which was shown on the screen at the spa. Why? It broke the most beautiful atmosphere ever created in a spa. Some of the pools (the extra hot jacuzzi) were missing tiles. The "counter-flow-machine" was broken. The treatmenst were average. One of us (10 people) enjoyed the massage. |

SPA area, very quiet room. We needed double room not twin. View from the room window was tall wall. There is no mini bar at rooms. The parking spase is very small, we can't leave our car. The prices at restaurant are too high. |

I really liked the spa area We found some little pieces of class on our bathroom floor. However, the staff changed our room from standard to Deluxe, which was really nice of them. |

Loved free unlimited use of the spa facilities. Good location, safe parking, plentiful breakfast.Warm and welcoming. We had an unessential problem with my reservation, but this was solved amazingly professionally. Special thanks to Velli, her trainee and other lovely ladies in reseption. |

Unlimited free use of the spa facilities. Possibility of hiring bikes. Good location. Good restaurant. Safe parking. On the whole, friendly and helpful staff.. Charging EEK 30 extra for a pot of tea (as opposed to a tea bag) for breakfast seems rather odd. Some front-of-house staff have rather poor English. Fair enough, I have non-existent Estonian, but I'm not running a hotel that caters to an international clientele. However, I wouldn't want to labour the point: I enjoyed my stay! |

I really enjoyed SPA with its pool and saunas. Stuff also was very polite and willing to help. What excited the most was a cosy restaurant. The only thing that dissappointed me it was a partly broken lock on the balcony door in our room. And the lock in SPA toilet was also a bit broken. |

The room was big and nice and the bed was very comfortable. Visit to the sauna and pool centre was a very good experience. It was also very calm and peaceful in the hotel and the staff was very helpful. There was no minibar in the room. Not that we were looking for drinks, but it would have been nice to have at least a bottle of mineral water in the room. |

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelualtista, erityiskiitos vastaanoton Tiinalle, joka auttoi minua pääsemään kotiin ; ) Kylpyläosasto oli miellyttävin kaikista koskaan käymistäni, todella nautittava. Huoneen verho oli huonosti kiinni, eikä sitä saanut kunnolla suljettua. Suihkuseinämä vuosi vettä kylpyhuoneen puolelle, pöytä pilaantuu nopeasti jalan kastuessa jatkuvasti. |
