We are surprised that at breakfast they serv champagne! Nice.
Room, restaurant, spa zone!
the room, breakfast, the SPA, local beer and snacks at the SPA, huge variety of saunas and a cosy swimming-pool, New Year party - everything, music, food and wine were magnificent - and I love Kuressaare and Saaremaa on the whole! :)
my room was not tidy when I checked-in and was never cleaned up thoroughly during my stay
Sauna and swimming area was very nice, breakfast good
The rooms need some renovation, five years ago it was worth the price but not anymore. Hotel restaurant overpriced. And there was Christmas music playing everywhere - lobby, sauna, restaurant - but it is new year already, so it was quite annoying :/
Is the question what I liked? EVERYTHING!
Very nice hotel, situated right in the city center. Lovely Spa. great restaurant and breakfasts. Very nice personell
Not enough parking places
Helpful staff. Wide choice of saunas in the SPA
Seams like the room needs some renovation
Good food and breakfasts in the hotel restaurant. Good quality on treatments and the staff who do the treatments are very nice and professional although there are some limitations for verbal communication. Most of the young members of staff do their best to support the daily running of the hotel and spa center.
- You need luck in terms of what room you get. Our first room was very nice but we could not stay because of the chimney smoke filling the room and the air condition did not work to take it away (and even if it had it was louder than a kitchen fan at maximum effect to use it). We got a horribly small room at the same rate which did not seem acceptable and they finally gave us the suite which was nice. - A warning for a room on the ground floor because of the heat. It's warmer in some parts of the hotels than in the spa area close to the saunas. - Where we were horribly overcharged because of a "New Years Package" that we did not know we had until it was time to settle the bill. We should have checked of course when we got the very first booking confirmation in October but as I have never had any surprises in my hotel bookings via Booking.com what so ever I forgot to check the details. The rate I got when I booked has always been what I paid in the end, but not here. After agreements of a refund we paid "only" 300 EUR extra for two plates of buffé food, two pieces dessert cake and two glasses of wine on New Years Eve that we thought were included in our stay since they kept saying so. I have never complained about a hotel stay in my entire life and I should have checked the confirmation very carefully of course, still it does not seem fair that we had to pay almost 300 EUR more for something we did not want and were not aware of. - The rooms we stayed in had poor sound isolation. - Christmas music mixed with some 1980s ballads everywhere morning, noon and night; in the restaurant and in all saunas. Not very relaxing if that's what you are there for. Also the treatments rooms are very poorly isolated and if you are unlucky you get a treatment room next to the pool area. Ear plugs helped.
The spa, the interior of the hotel, location.
Only problem was the bathroom. We stayed in room 214 and every time you showered thr whole bathroom floor was flooded. It took hours for it to dry, so that was annoying. But apart from that a really nice stay
Rooms were old, bed broken, phone not working, etc.Terrible place.
Nice small hotel, very homely. Friendly and helpful receptionists Perfect location It has its small parking, but even if it is packed there is a big free of charge parking space just across the street.
Breakfast room is too dark to my taste. The food was ok, but not perfect, there is space fir improvement.
The staff were very helpful. The hotel has a pleasant, warm atmosphere. The food is delicious and the waiter was especially accommodating.
Parking below a building on the opposite side of the street was odd and a little tight. Not a problem if you're just going to enjoy walking in town, though.
The location of the hotel (easy to find); Breakfast was great; spa activities very convenient; nice, clean place.
language skills (english) of the staff could have been a little bit better; a phone for parking entrance seems to doesn't work properly or should be improved
The spa, and the breakfast
Romantic rooms, nice outdoor bar restaurant area, balconies, central location, good restaurant.
Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Bathrooms (mandatory to wear in the spa) look horrendous, too worn and all one size.
Nice spa. Good brakefast.
There was no swimming pool. Shower room needs some reconstruction.
Very beautiful room and hotel, good choice of saunas, bathrobe available, good breakfast, free parking available on the other side of the street.
There is bathrobe, but no slippers (had to run to Spa barefoot).
Bed was excellent. Breakfast with wide variety. Windows over wall.
Shower just above. Too wet in bathroom after shower.
We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful and the SPA-facilities were very relaxing.
Some people might find the 'attic' rooms impracticle, we found them first and foremost very romantic!
I liked that comments here was not true! There is a very nice, clean and stylish rooms. A beautiful balcony and bathroom. Very cozy spa area and good nice saunas. Good change to GO SPA!
But breakfast is poor!
Ver nice stay at the spa with its great facilities! Wonderful breakfeast buffet and diner at the restaurant Nice and comfortable rooms
Water was spread from the shower to the bathroom (but in low quantity)
The breakfast was delicious and especially the coffee was excellent! We also liked the Sauna and swimmingpool .
We couldn´t really use the terrace of our room, because there was no protection against the sun. The announced sauna-service (Aufguss - I don´t know the english word) didn´t take place. It would be nice to have staff with more knowledge in English.
Good facilities, awesome spa! Pretty cheap food, as the 'light snacks' served us perfectly for a dinner!
Not much! Overall very good!
Great SPA area.
Quite stiff staff. Might be that it is costing them money to have a conversation with customer.
Like allways- just great
