Grand Rose SPA Hotel

宿泊料金に間違いがあったが、訂正するのに時間がかかった。地元の物価と比較すると、宿泊料金は割高。

We use to stay at the hotel in January as a couple with some friends of ours. From positive side we could mention the extremely friendly and helpful staff. SPA is also great, very pleasant and suitable for relaxation. During last visit (two years ago) we left some recommendations for the hotel administration. This time we discovered that our recommendations were taken into consideration. It shows that the administration is keen to improve the quality of service, which is already high enough. I am sure, this is the best SPA hotel in Estonia.

Breakfast could be a bit better. Staff during the breakfast is not present, tee and coffee you have to serve yourself. However, this is the minor issue, which does not deteriorates the whole picture.

The hotel is a nice place to relax close to the city centre Arensburg not far from the castle on the island Oesel.

Spa is good

No minibar, fair furniture. Overpriced

Wonderful, romantic apartment in the very center of Kuressaare. Excellent breakfast, late check-out time.

Little bit of problem with dry sewer, opening faucets and shower for a while solved the problem.

Perfect, extreme cleanness, spa complete (swimming pool a little to short) The accomodation in appartement is great but at the third floor I recommand

Very nice hotel and spa, inside the (very pleasant) city.

Nice and clean. The location is excellent. Treatments were good especially massage.

Non-stopping dull guitar music was irritating time to time.

Location and pool/spa

Hotel price included breakfast and it was great that during our stay it was not crowded. Room was nice and couzy and it was also cleaned. Bathroom was very spacious! Air conditioning in the room was working and it was useful to us.

In the spa there were many showers what seemed to be way too hot, and only 2 showers were you could change the temperature. Spa was nice but it would have been nicer if the staff would have said to behaviour of kids in the pool area - they jumped into the pool all the time even tough it was strongly forbidden. Bathroom was great except that our towels did not dried at all.

Location and facilities

Our room's design was great design.

In spa zone we didn't feel so romantic bca of the kids and open area. Spa zone is not for young couples who would like to have romantic. Jacuzzi was not working completely. And we would liked to have swimming area.

When we leave to come back home

Everything. When we got there no bell boy to help with bags, went to room we had two rooms one deluxe no bath robes, we ask they said one hours over 4 hours later asked again than they gave us old ones colour had gone out of them, no soap or sampoo's or any body cleaning, deluxe room was only ok in our view. Auntie room no soaps or cleaning stuff at all. We had to ask for room to be cleaned, aunties room was not cleaned at all. Staff need to smile service very poor indeed. Parking only 15 cars so you have to be quick to get in. No private bar. No gym. No way grand rose SPA.wrong name and when we went to leave. The prices had gone up from 90euros to 152 euros per night. When we said this was wrong as we booked though booking.com and it was on the paper work. They said we had to wait for manager. At last done the right price. Beakfast was just ok Spa is old. Pool cold not 28 like it said temp was running at 18/19. so in all a real bad place to go too.................... And we go to a lot of spa's this was far the worse one every..............
