Friendly and professional staff, very good breakfast, clean and a nice room.

Only twin, no double beds.

Some noise between the rooms, sounded like the sound came trough the air vents, and you could almost hear what people in the next room said...

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious and clean, wifi and fridge included. The staff was absolutely fantastic, friendly and talented. The breakfast was great with large variety of dishes. The gym is small but large enough for light exercise.

The high star rating was not what I expected. No ice, the "lounge" was the reception desk with limited refreshments available, the lunch buffet was not very interesting and the food was lukewarm. In general, Viljandi rolls up its sidewalks early in the evening and could not find a bite to eat after nine!

Have been there many times before and know the place as the most comfortable hotel in the lovely town of Viljandi. However, this time I was rather disappointed with the quality of service.

I checked in mid-day and informed the lady at the counter that I will come back very late at night and asked if the door would be closed. She assured me that the door will be opened 24h, however it was very much closed when I got back. Plus they asked me to park the car somewhere "behind the hotel" (although there is a parking lot right in front of the hotel's main door) which was quite far and it did not feel very safe to walk alone in the streets crowded with drunken nightclubbers. However the next day there was a much nicer lady at the counter who was willing to listen to my complaints and stated that "it would really be a good idea to add a doorbell to the main entrance":)

Very good central location, close to old town. Services and interior are on level.

Accomodation a little bit overpriced, especially as for low season.

Kuidagi võiks mullivanni ümberkujundada.Ka on kurb kui seisab tühjana. Mullivanniga ruumis võisid olla lamamistoolid, muusikat ehk.

Kõik muu oli super!

Polnud kohta kus suitsetada. Telekanalite valik võiks olla parem.

Mulle meeldis interjöör, toidud, kahjuks ei jõudnud nautida sauna ja jõusaali, ajaliselt ei jõudnud. Teiseks: Mul oli kõrvaltoas jutukas naaber, südaööl veel oli väga vali jutukõmin ja pidin helistama administraatorile,kes kohe pakkus uut tuba. Seda ma aga ei soovinud, ja väga kenasti suhtus administraator ja helistas tuppa ning kõik sai mõne minutiga korda.

Dušo kabinoje nebuvo karšto vandens. Sugedęs čiaupas. Pranešus personalui problema nebuvo išspręsta. Nėra restorano, pusryčiai į kambarį.

Очень понравилось обслуживание,чистота в номере,шикарный завтрак.Качественное постельное белье,удобный матрас на кровати.

Хотелось бы,чтобы персонал хоть немного понимал русский язык.

See on hotell selle sõna kõige paremas tähenduses, laiad koridorid, hubased ja stiilsed toad. Ka klassikalist hommikusööki saab nii ja naa teha, selles hotellis oli kõik väga hea!

Ööklubi müra kostis mõnda aega sisse, õnneks sai programm peagi pärast tuppa jõudmist läbi

Tuba oli väga ilus ja puhas.Hommikusöök oli väga hea.Ja meeldis personali vastutulelikus.Aitäh meeldiva külastuse eest!

Keskeinen sijainti. Huone vastasi odotuksia. Siisti ja laadukkaasti varustettu. Aamiainen sisälsi kaiken tarvittavan.

Hotelli oli siisteydeltään ja palveluiltaan hyvä. Ravintolan palvelu oli hivenen hakusessa.

Ei ollut mitään sellaista, josta olisi jäänyt paha olo!
