Proximity to the beach and the town. Good breakfast supplied each morning. Very basic accommodation. No frills. Some staff don't speak any English.

Spatious rooms with high ceilings. Our room was even fitted with a small "kitchenette" (fridge & microwave). Location is excellent Breakfast somewhat boring and unspiring, but this shouldn't be a surprise.

Vain pari korttelia keskustaan, ja Pärnun upea ranta kävelyetäisyydellä. Hieno vanha puutalo hienolla huvila-alueella. Tilava huone. Kadunpuoleisiin huoneistoihin kuului katumelua, kun ikkunaa oli pidettävä auki kuumuuden takia. Huoneistoa ei siivota oleskelun aikana.

The Green Villa is a perfect bed & beakfast accomodation for families or people not wanting to stay in a hotel. The flat we had reserved had one double bed and two separate beds, (total 4 people), small telly next to master bed, kitchen and toilet and lots of room for your clothes. The toilet was neat and working properly (so no unpleasant suprises). The small kitchen served well the basic needs and there was a opportunity to purchase beverages from the Villa reception even off breakfast time. It seemed that Villa was run by a family and the service was very polite and cosy. They were renovating the back yard which I believe will be superb place to have a morning coffee or relaxing in the sun if not wanting to go to the beach near by. And it was very quiet area with park next to the Villa. So I really enjoyed my stay there. Well you have to understand that we were there on off-season so there was no possibility to pay with credit /debit card but it caused no problems because the city has plenty of ATM where you can get cash.

Staff was very good, breakfast was exellent. it was prepared dishes for our query. Relax. close to city center and beach.good for winter staying. close to the hotel were a lot of parks, ice skating, cross skiing. in the room was very clean and comfortable.

Green Villa oli mukava, yksinkertainen hotelli. Sijainti lähellä keskustaa hyvä. Kahden makuuhuoneen, olohuoneen ja keittiön huoneisto sopi hyvin viiden hengen perheelle. Hyvä buffetaamupala. Suosittelen. Talossa elää kiva kissa!

Meitä varten oli henkilökuntaa odottamassa vaikka saavuimme keskellä yötä. Asiallinen huone ja hyvä puisto koirien ulkoilutukseen heti vieressä. Yläkerran huoneissa oli kylmä (tammikuu), alakerrassa oli lämpimämpää. Aamiaishuone oli jääkylmä. Koirista veloitettiin 8 euroa per koira riippumatta koirien lukumäärästä. Maksu vain käteisellä, mikseivät kortit käy?

Erinomainen sijainti. Lyhyt matka sekä keskustaan että rantaan. Hyvä hinta/laatusuhde. Perhehuoneen keittiö plussaa, joskin varustelu hieman vajavainen. Keittiössä ei ollut esim. juomalaseja. Suihkun muoviritilät olivat likaiset.

Das Hotel ist familiengeführt, Gastgeber sehr engagiert, grosse, reichhaltige Frühstückstafel, Z.T. geräumige und mit persönlichem Flair eingerichtgete Zimmer, sehr ruhige Lage am Rande Alststadt von Pärnu. Fußweg zu Park und Strand ca. 10 min. Sehr geringes Niveau bezüglich Ausstattung und Komfort. Dafür sehr akzeptabler Preis. Familienzimmer sehr wenig Platz für 4 Personen.

sijainti oli ihanteellinen, Pärnun vanhakaupunki ja rannat kävelyetäisyydellä. Rakennus oli kaunis ja auton sai suojaiselle sisäpihalle. toisena lomapäivänämme tapahtui, että huoneemme avain meni poikki. ( vanha lukko ja vanha kulunut avain.) katkennut osa jäi lukkoon, tarvittiin lukkoseppä vaihtamaan lukko. Hotelli vaati meitä maksamaan koko laskun, lukkosepän, lukon ja uudet avaimet !!! Käsittämätöntä !!! Ja sen jälkeen olimme koko lopun lomaa ilman siivousta ja samoilla pyyhkeillä viisi päivää. Oli vähän huono tuuri meillä.
