The place was peaceful at the seashore. Very few clients. The personnel did their best their client, but they were not all very professioinal. |

Nice place, quiet, good for relaxation. Kuuresaare is easy to reach by car if one needs to go to city. |

I think it was too expensive for value I got. The big dissappointment was - no double bed, just two seperate, what was afterwods pooled together without any topmatrass. Selection for tv chaneels out of Estonia language was poor. The bed matrass was too soft for me, but some people like that - bed was very very soft....could be a problem for people, who need flat bed due back problems. |

Close to the beach and pine forest. Friendly and helpful staff; pleasant to my tiny dog. Spa/massage facilities. There were marks on the carpet... I would not like to be blamed for them afterwards! The evening I had a meal there, the bar staff were not very helpful. But all within reason! |

I liked surroundings of the hotel. It was in the softwood and close by sea. Area was very quiet Walls was very thin and I can hear any word of my neighbors |

Aamiainen oli jees, yövahti tuli avaamaan oven aamuyöstäkin vaikkei varsinaisesti päivystyksestä oltu kerrottu. Ranta on aivan ihana ja luonto, matkaan keskustaan tarvii autoa. Markkinoi itseään spa-hotellina mutta hotellissa ei ole muuta kuin pari eri saunaa. Henkilökunta ei lunastanut oma-aloitteisesti bookings.comissa luvattua lupausta 2h infrapunasaunasta, respasta luvattiin 1h. |

Se sijaitse meren lähesyydessä Kyllä tähän hintaan pitää hotellivieraalle kuulua sauna ilman muuta. TV.ssä ei ollut yhtään suomalaista kanavaa. Kannattaisi järjestää jotain toimintaa. |

Mycket fin strand helt i anslutning till hotellet. Mycket rofyllt - en aning sömnigt! TV-kanaler enbart på ryska och estniska. Frukosten var påver. Inget svart frukostte på fem dagar trots att vi bad om det första morgonen. Prövade aldrig lunchbuffén (samma trötta enbart ryskspråkiga personal). Dock helt OK att äta i loungen, men få rätter att välja bland (under en så lång vistelse). |

Hotellin sijainti kauniissa ja rauhallisessa ympäristössä välittömästi meren tuntumassa. En tiedä onko jo hotellissa allergiahuonetta. Iho-oreeni pahenivat matkan aikana, syyksi epäilin kokolattiamattoa ja voimakkailla pesuaineilla pestyjä lakanoita. Saattoivat oireet johtua toki muustakin. |
