It was very good to have a littel piano evening at hotel. The hotel must have information about window-that the windows cant be opened in the rooms(it is very important for the people who have asthma desease as i am forexample). And it is not bad to have a map of the town at the reseption.

The staff was very friendly and the location is great. I had stayed at the hotel before so I knew what to expect. Very crowded at breakfast, no available tables to sit at and they kept running out of food and drinks. The rooms are very plain and simple, nothing extra to make you feel like you are actually staying at a 4- star hotel.

Convenient arrangement near to an old city and port. The breakfast was excellent and full. It would be desirable to see a shower cabin in a bathroom.

Location is rather convenient, 5 minutes walk from the Old City. Hotel facilities seem to be very used. Everything is okay and working fine but the overall impression is moderate. Big groups of cruise tourists arrive / departure every day. It may be a bit noisy in the evening.

Very good interior and quality of service, excellent quality of meals. The hotel is of city type of hotels, but it has everything you may need during your stay. Wireless Internet in the whole building and sauna are the great advantages of Tallink City hotel.

I like that this hotel has pretty spacious rooms, at least so i have experienced every time i stay there. That goes for both business and standard rooms. For example ülemiste Hotell or same class rooms in Viru Hotell - the rooms there are conciderably smaller. Delux room comes with free parking which is no small perk in central city. Breakfast is ok, nothing overly exciting but good quality items. They offer booking.com reservation options but when i arrived 20 hours after booking was made, they had no idea who i was and that i had a booking. Luckily there were rooms.

Hotel was in a good central location near to Old Town. Price was very reaonable. Room was large and well equipped. Hotel was very busy at breakfast time and I had problems finding a free table. Would be better if there was a bath as well as a shower. Corridors were a bit dated
