fantastic view on the Old Town and the sea, we had a business class room and it had a coffee machine included in the room rate - which was a nice surprise. Nice bathroom (a bit used in the shower area) and rather comfortable bed. Chocolates every night and a summery of new york newspaper every morning was a nice touch to the picture.
We were traveling with a child and of course he explored the room especially under the beds - it wasn't clean there at all. The lanterns on the walls were very dusty too. For a business class room in such a hotel i think it's not acceptable.
Staff, breakfast, wifi, gym, view - everything was great. A bit of a walk to the city center (20 min) but not too bad. Overall a great place to stay. Tallin is a really cool city, highly recommend.
worn out appearance of the room very small room
Breakfast is good
They show LCDs in pictures however there was an obsolete TV set with the channels that you don't wish to see. You have to walk for 20-30 min to reach the city center. Very expensive hotel in terms of the value of the city and location.
Pool freezing I stayed 2 nights. Towels not changed after first night. Mini bar not restocked after first night. Shower gels etc not replenished after first night.
boulevard cafe. Bread was excellent. swimming pool / sauna location close to shopping and Old Town.
Breakfast buffet food was cold. Needs to be topped up regularly from kitchen. Prawns not de-veined. Poor selection of black teas.
reception, wifi, roomcomfort, design, restaurant, very satisfied!
Location. Kindness of the staff.
Room forniture and general shape need to be refurbisjed
Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. Not far from Old Town.
A bit expensive, strange shower door - floor become all wet after bath in whole bathroom.
Staff was very friendly and polite, booked 1 night for our wedding night and were given complementary bottle of bubbly with bowl of fruit - very pleased.
Rooms are good especially with old town view, sauna small but the real one, restaurant and the breakfast was the best, wifi Internet, gym was ok - basically ok for the stay
During 1 week stay noticed that 1) Entrance hall reminds of business centre, marble floors, no decoration, carpets or furniture. No hotel lounge area, very poorly decorated 2) reception at the side 3) floor corridors with stinky carpet smell 4) Estonians are not as kind as Finnish, some staff was not okay 5) bar area small 6) one button for four lifts, very irritating 7) never seen concierge 8) feels like bypass area with many entrances and exits, no security as such, anybody can enter the hotel And stay unnoticed
swimming pool, choice of food during breakfast was one of the best and as we were there in a very hot weather, availability of the ice machines were absolutely amazing finding for us. Staff at the reception offered us to check earlier without additional charge!!
although some rooms very considered to be non smoking, we felt like before guests smoked there. Nothing else.
nice rooms Good wifi
Location ,breakfast ,room
Bathroom as all water come outside when you take shower
environment, room design, shower
The room was really luxury level. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful.
Breakfast wasn't rich.
Cleanliness and location
Staff at the breakfast was crude, telling were to sit and where not. Ridiculous "reserved" signs in restaurant those were taken away after me and couple of others were sitting in the area. When checking in I got room with no AC. Temperature was +32C and after retalking with personnel I got room with AC. My booking was AC room. Staff was generally close to unpleasant.
Your very good comfort and your staff and good location near city
Nothing we didn´t like
Nice business room - except TV Breakfast ok Nice gym Bar staff friendly Reception staff friendly
Bad hotel security - anyone can walk in from the street right into the elevator all night Poor staff in the restaurant Poor cleaning Old fashion Tv in the business room -expected flat screen Hotel needs renovation
Splendidly comfortable beds, magnificent view of the old town, first rate breakfast, usual Radisson Blu high standards.
The breakfasts were great.
Room too small and housekeeping didn't leave clean towels. The hotel is a little distance from Old Town.
Rich choice of everything (fresh fish, meat, cheeses, etc.) on the breakfast. Good location, friendly staff.
Quite cheap parking, anyway could be even free for the clients (as it actually is during low season).
Great breakfast spread included in booking price (meats, cheeses, breads, yogurts, fruits, eggs different styles, porridge); Nice fitness facility overlooking the city (included weights and cardio machines); location was about a 10-15 min walk to the center of Old City; Good wifi connection; Casino and coffee shop connected to the building; Taxi stand in front of the hotel
Fitness facility and pool/sauna only free for all guests from 6am-11am; outside that time, you have to pay unless you are a business room guest.
We got upgraded because hotel was over booked... very nice room with a nice comfortable bed and blankets. But on the smaller side, so I can't imagine what a regular room was like as this was with the upgrade. Really great views as we were on 22 floor. Shower and bathroom have only a sliding door and glass walls so no privacy, but nice if it is an intimate setting you are hoping for. Nice sauna and pool area, but was a bit dirty...hair on floor in the shower area, etc.
We did not receive new towels every day. The bed was made, but very lazily...did not look like anyone really cleaned our room or made an effort. Towels they provide at the sauna and pool area are really just small face towels.
