The Reception staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful, and they arranged a surprise birthday card for one of our party. This hotel was the most organised during our stay in Estonia. It is also handy for one of the shopping centres and plentiful parking outside the hotel. We have previously stayed at this hotel and were a little disappointed that the renovations carried out since our last stay were not as apparent as we had expected. However, the standard of the hotel is still quite good. |

Free internet, great location in Narva center, good food and service in restaurant, large room, about 100 TV channels in Russian, English and Estonian, price. Room floor was fully covered with carpet which is unexpected for 3 star hotel. Breakfast was OK Bathroom was quite small with tiny sink - not enough place for my numerous toiletteries. TV was rather small too (I shouldn't leave my glasses at home) |

Aamusauna ei ollut itsestään selvyys, vaan se olisi tilata edellisenä päivänä! hotellin huone-esitteessä mainittiin jotakin rekisteröinnistä respaan, mutta ei koska pitää rekisteröityä. |

Останавливались в отеле Inger в 4-й раз, что говорит о многом. Привлекает отличное расположение, бесплатный интернет, просторные комнаты с двумя окнами, сауна, нормальный завтрак. русскоговорящий персонал, хорошее обслуживание в ресторане. В этот раз нам досталась комната во 2м корпусе (номер 21), еще лучше, чем прежде: в ней был диван, большой телевизор, фен, плотные шторы. В этом отеле приятно удивляет наличие большого количества бонусов, таких как шапочка для душа, губка для обуви, швейный набор и т.п., что не в каждой четверке встретишь. Не помешала бы дополнительная подушка, а также надо чаще проверять состояние лампочек: одна из прикроватных ламп не работала (в прошлый раз в другом номере была та же проблема) |

Тайсккий массаж, хорошая кухня в ресторане Салваторе, замечательный свежевыпеченный хлеб Меню завтрака - хотелось бы добавить фрукты/ягоды (неконсервированные), побольше видов чая. Не нашли больших кружек для чая и чайных ложек. Утренняя баня для клиентов - осталось крайне неприятное впечатление, когда обнаружили выключенный джакуззи и паровую баню. Если делаете бесплатную утреннюю баню для клиентов, надо это предоставлять в полном объеме. |
