We had a misunderstanding with our reservation and the manager of the hotel called to me. I've never before interacted with someone, who absolutely doesn't listen to the client, she didn't let me to say anything, the whole talk was quite rude and she even told, at that time of the year they are more interested in russian tourists, not local. So I ended the phone call with her and called directly to booking.com and their staff was very nice and confirmed me, that everything was OK with my booking and while I was talking with them, the hotel manager tried to call me back 3-4 times(in three minutes)and when I finally answered, she apologized and told me it was their misunderstanding, not mine. So in case, you have everything OK with your booking, it is a good place to stay, but if you have to change something with your booking, be ready to communicate with a very incompetent hotel manager.
The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was good. Also it is very close to city center.
