Location, price level

Catastrophic service in the restaurant, reworked food, absence of waiter, no education. Cold sauna, too cold atmosphere in general affects the final impression of a grey and unconfortable hotel.

Nice staff, clean rooms, very good location!

Crazy noise from the nearest restaurant for 2 nighgts - absolutely unaceptable for the hotel called Spa! The Captain's Court restaurant was under our windows and we could not sleep 2 nighrs.

- Too expensive for the type of hotel, compared to others with similar price (we booked a junior suite, not a normal room) - We wanted to book some SPA treatments but from 3 different emails we sent before our arrival we never received a single answer. - Room dirty - We had the same towels for 3 days although we were leaving the dirty towels on the floor when we got back the same towels were hanging on the rack - Sometimes a smile from the staff is welcome, doesn't cost a penny and can make a huge difference

Good beds, good breakfast, central location, wellness area ok

Unfriendly staff, bar closed at 23:00, outdated information on rooms (Spa does cost extra, contrary to info)

Small beds which look like baby beds and even smaller bed sheets and Comforter were too small. Rooms have no ventilation therefore smell stail air.

I chose this hotel, because the other hotels were either fully booked or too expensive. The hotel was expensiver than the 4-stars-hotel I stayed the other night. The staff had problems with english and the room was far away from what you call "cosy" (I had a standard double room). In my booking I kindly asked the hotel for a double bed (the room is double / twin), but they hadn't arranged it. Despite the fact that the room was clean, it was dark and not nice. The shower was broken and the ventilator in the bathroom didn't work properly. So - even if you need an accommodation for only one night, there are many nicer places to stay at.

Great location in the centre of Kuressaare. Comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast, for this price we expected much more.

The location is excellent and the price is charming.

It was unbelievably dirty - the towels were at least 5 years old and from white had turned into gray and dirty. The room was small for 5 adults, but for 2 nights it was fine.

Excellent breakfest, good location in centre of city(but little bit far from beach). Good facility for relax in Spa(free of charge if room booked in new building). Smoking designated areas very close- comfortable for smokers.

Restaurant menu not so wide, but enough for not to be hungry.

Mukava pieni rauhallinen hotelli. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja kohteliasta. Hieman palveluiden kehittämistä(spaosasto) ja kirjallisen materiaalin (hotel book) päivitystä.

Vanhanpuolen ilmastointi ja lämmitys oli olematon. Kaivattiin tietoja ympärisön nähtävyyksista, kaupoista, ravintoloista.

Paraku ei ole võimalik sellele vastata.

Dushiruumikadin hallitas ja kahjuks haises kogu tuba hallituse järele. Kurb, kui ei suuda nii hea asukohaga hotelli puhtana hoida.

в субботу было странное обслуживание.дали неправильную информацию .( например ,было сказано что в моём пакете нет в цене бань и бассейна и ещё были всякие неточности)стандартный двухместный номер с 1 кроватью или 2 отдельными кроватями и доступом в спа-центр макс. для 2 гостей ( так у меня было написано в заказе на booking.com.) принесли халат грязно- серого цвета ( так застирали или плохо постирали?)взяли за него 2 евро!! В ресторане не здоровались , делая вид ,что нет клиентов.

Koht kesklinnas on väga hea, hommikusöögi valik samuti. Ka hind oli väga sobiv

Ruum oli pime, laualamp oli rikkis ja keegi ei tulnud seda ka välja vahetama või kontrollima meie palve peale. Saun oli jahtunud ja leili praktiliselt ei olnud

Soe vastuvõtt ja väga abivalmis personal. Väga hea hommikusöök. Mõnus ja moodne tubade disain, mugavad voodid.

Очень удачное расположение, приятный персонал, симпатичный дизайн.

Беда со сменой постельного белья, достаточно скудные завтраки.

тихо, спокойно, приличный завтрак, отличное месторасположение и удобная парковка.

несколько странен интерьер помещений - бетонные, ничем не покрашенные стены. впрочем, это такой дизайн, понятно. реально не очень хорошо работает система канализации - в ванной комнате был слегка затхлый запах.

Хороший бассейн, с аэро и гидромассажем, хаммамом, джакузи и т.п. всегда мало народа. Молодой персонал русского не знает, но все раано дружелюбен. Завтраки простые, сосиски-фрикадельки, омлет, три вида селедки, блинчики... как обычно. Номера аскетичные, специально не отделанные ничем повер бетона- но это такой стиль, доломитовой каменоломни. Даже прикольно. Нам неожиданно подарили неограниченное пользование спа, хотя в наш пакет это не входило.

Üllatavalt suur tuba ja avar dushiruum, maitsekas, moodne ja samas rahulik sisekujundus. Kuna hotell ei ole suur, tundsime end nagu privaat-spaas, tihti viibisimegi spaas ja saunades vaid kahekesi:) Armsad teenindajad ja nende rahustav saare murre - muusika mandriinimese kõrvadele!

Hotelli ülesleidmine ja selle juurde autoga jõudmine kõigi nende ühesuunaliste tänavate rägastikus oli päris pikka aega nõudnud protsess... aga lõppeks mõjus ka see seiklusena:)
