My 3rd stay at this excellent hotel where the staff are exceedingly helpful. The breakfast has a wide variety on offer and although I have not used the Spa and Waterpark facilities they are readily available. The hotel is right on the edge of the old town and numerous bars and restaurants are close by. Estonia in The Baltics is not a cheap destination as some might think compared to a number of Eastern European countries so expect to pay a lot more for your beer and food, and almost anything else come to that. Tallin is a lovely place and this is one hotel I would certainly reccomend. |

A clean hotel with a fun waterpark (3 good waterslides, multiple hot tubs, a 50m pool, saunas). Everything works as expected. Good breakfast. |

I enjoyed my stay as the hotel was centrally located, clean and the spa was a big bonus. The park next door was beautiful. The entrance only at the back of the building was a little awkward. There was also some noise from traffic as I stayed in the first floor. |

The hotel staff was extreamely helpfull and accomodating. They did their best to make our stay pleasant. I especially liked the hotel spa/swimming pool and saunas. It was excellent way unwind after night in the city or day shopping. Hotel should keep better stock of lighters. :) |

Waterpark was nice, there was something for adults as well as for children. Breakfast was good. It came as a surprise that we had to check out already at 11. |

I was positively surprised that the Waterpark had real size (50m) pool. It was great for morning swimming. Very good location; walking distance everywhere. We had booked "spa" class room, but it was very small, so I wonder how small was the smaller room... |

Polite, helpful staff, reasonable value for money, well-placed for old town and access to harbour I would have liked a bath in my room, I could have done with more space in my room. |

The hotel is very well placed in the Old Town of Tallinn. It's easy to find, rooms were clean. The shower did flood the bathroom slightly but there were plenty of hooks for towels and clothes. The swimming pool and jacuzzis were free to use and very clean. I didn't try the gym but it did look nice. Also a large selection for breakfast, if some unusual choices there. Apart from one very nice receptionist, the rest of the staff were rude and mostly unhelpful. |

Water park facilities No slippers in the room. One can rent sauna/water park slippers at the reception, but when we stayed there only one size was available, which didn't suit neither my boyfriend, nor me. |

The rooms were nice and clean, room service was fast, the food was good. The massages were relaxing, facials as well. The situation of the hotel was ideal for us (half way from time, half way from ship). The majority of the hotel staff were nice, (though they didn't speak very much). One of the staff members really ticked me off. The staff don't speak great english, we got confused and bought expensive swimming shorts, and then realized we were only allowed to use speedos in the swimming pools. |

I was put on the 3rd floor which I understand has larger rooms. It was a great size and clean. The internal Phone system is poor. I could only call room service, not reception or the spa. |

The swimming pool and waterpark facilites are excellent, all included in the price. Very close to the Old Town and very well communicated. The bath room stank in the first room they gave me (problem with pipes). They changed me to a new room with no objection. |

The aquatic activities were excellent, as well as the various spa treatments. The location of the hotel was optimum, as it was very near the centre of the city and the old town, as well as the harbour. Wireless Internet was supposed to be available in the whole hotel, but not in our room on the 5th floor. I had to take my laptop to the lobby to log on. However, it worked very well there, and was ultimately no big problem. |

They only have 5 parking spaces on the sidewalk of the hotel and they claim itäs theirs, but i still got a parking ticket. The value for money in the A 'La Carte is a joke and the staff very unfriendly. I will not visit this hotel again. |

A successful fusion of a spa and a conference centre in the heart of Tallinn - this is the Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel. |
The seaside Pirita Top Spa Hotel, initially built for the yachting regattas of the Olympic Games in 1980, offers a wide choice of health, beauty and wellness services, as well as comfortable... |
