I was positively surprised that the Waterpark had real size (50m) pool. It was great for morning swimming. Very good location; walking distance everywhere. We had booked "spa" class room, but it was very small, so I wonder how small was the smaller room... |

Polite, helpful staff, reasonable value for money, well-placed for old town and access to harbour I would have liked a bath in my room, I could have done with more space in my room. |

The hotel is very well placed in the Old Town of Tallinn. It's easy to find, rooms were clean. The shower did flood the bathroom slightly but there were plenty of hooks for towels and clothes. The swimming pool and jacuzzis were free to use and very clean. I didn't try the gym but it did look nice. Also a large selection for breakfast, if some unusual choices there. Apart from one very nice receptionist, the rest of the staff were rude and mostly unhelpful. |

Water park facilities No slippers in the room. One can rent sauna/water park slippers at the reception, but when we stayed there only one size was available, which didn't suit neither my boyfriend, nor me. |

The rooms were nice and clean, room service was fast, the food was good. The massages were relaxing, facials as well. The situation of the hotel was ideal for us (half way from time, half way from ship). The majority of the hotel staff were nice, (though they didn't speak very much). One of the staff members really ticked me off. The staff don't speak great english, we got confused and bought expensive swimming shorts, and then realized we were only allowed to use speedos in the swimming pools. |

I was put on the 3rd floor which I understand has larger rooms. It was a great size and clean. The internal Phone system is poor. I could only call room service, not reception or the spa. |

The swimming pool and waterpark facilites are excellent, all included in the price. Very close to the Old Town and very well communicated. The bath room stank in the first room they gave me (problem with pipes). They changed me to a new room with no objection. |

The aquatic activities were excellent, as well as the various spa treatments. The location of the hotel was optimum, as it was very near the centre of the city and the old town, as well as the harbour. Wireless Internet was supposed to be available in the whole hotel, but not in our room on the 5th floor. I had to take my laptop to the lobby to log on. However, it worked very well there, and was ultimately no big problem. |

They only have 5 parking spaces on the sidewalk of the hotel and they claim itäs theirs, but i still got a parking ticket. The value for money in the A 'La Carte is a joke and the staff very unfriendly. I will not visit this hotel again. |

Its location, since it is very close to the old city of Tallinn. The breakfast is very poor. The staff are extremly robotic with very poor social skills. The lack of computer facilities such as a business corner renders the hotel unfit for business travellers. |

The waterpark The rooms are small, breakfast was frankly disappointing yet it would not take much to make it good: e.g. scrumbled eggs were over-cooked that does not take a lot to put right... |

The hotel located right in the center of the city on the walking distance from all main attractions. The best thing that package include visits of swiming pool and sauna. |

A successful fusion of a spa and a conference centre in the heart of Tallinn - this is the Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel. |
Renovated in 2009, Hotel St. Barbara is the best mid-market hotel in Tallinn. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance from Tallinn's old town, major sights and shopping centres. |
Reval Hotel Olümpia is a landmark on the skyline of the Estonian capital Tallinn. |
The new Hotel Braavo is ideally situated in the city centre of Tallinn, very close to the Estonian Fairs Centre, Saint Catherine’s Passage and many churches, guild halls and museums. |
