The granted access for guests to the waterpark / 50-metre swimming pool. The place to stay for swimmers.

Poor breakfast.

Breakfast, saunas, waterpark.

Smell in the bathroom (very bad). And smell from the chlore (because of the room in the same floor as pool area)

Everything ! (some improvement in breakfast since last time and wireless was working very well this time)

Nothing ! (but need to make sure to clean under the bed as there were smarties left by previous occupants)

water park is not in the best shape room could be more clean and updated breakfast was a poor, package bread could be easily changed to fresh one to give something local feeeling.

The hotel is very clean, tidy, and looks newly renovated. The main pool is big and not crowded, the warm bathes are nice. The was a big choice of food for breakfast ranging from tomatoes/ cucumbers to salted herring, sausiges, and scrambel eggs.

There were no slippers to put on. There is no curtain in the shower, so the water gets around the bathroom.

Smelly carpets in corridors - smelled like a bus! No fresh milk for drinks in room. Man with swastika tattooed on his neck!!!!!!!

The location is perfect, the swimming pool is very good and comfortable.

The room was not cleaned properly every day.

To many guests from outside in water-park in the evening, the standard room is really small, acoustic insulation in the room is very bad

The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and most helpful. The on-site facilities are wonderful, from the fantastic olympic size swimming-pool to the salt chamber, the choice is yours !

Breakfast was a little tasteless. Fried eggs would be nicer than scrambbled eggs bathing in water ! There was no butter, just a choice of either margerine or cream cheese.

Good location direct in city center, at 2nd floor big hotel room for 2, normal breakfast. Nice water park with big swiming pool and many bubble baths. Kind stuff, no problems with english, russian

Only 2 kind of saunas (steam and simple sauna 85 oC), water is chlorinated. No possibility get simple drinking water inside water park. Bar was open but I saw nobody from stuff at this place in 2 days that I stayed in hotel. Procedues was ok (massage, facial) but could be better.

Fitness club

Staff very unprofressional, lazy and poorly polite. Long cue for check- in and out only one person working. Kids streaming and running all the time, mostly everywhere.

It was absolutely great -- to combine business and relax. To step into the waterpark area from the room and to start and/or to finish there a day. Breakfast was rich and nourishing, even porridge. Excellent heating. Very good location, directly at the walls of the old city.

I slept not a single night at the hotel. My room was at the 1st floor, and the canopy over the entrance resounded the loud voices of the groups of people, gathering there from 2 to 5 a.m. I have no idea what they could do there deep in the night, I can't differ wheather they were Estonians or Finns, but they smashed my dream totally. So the hotel offers a good relaxation at the day time in the waterpark and a sleepless night in a tiny dark room with a few TV programms. The room is enough for one, I can't imagine to stay there together with my husband. Next time in Tallinn -- the other hotel near that excellent waterpark.

place in the city

We stayed here the first week in September, we are sorry now we didn't stay in the Revel Park and Casino, we stayed in that hotel on our return from St petersburg. The rooms were ok in this hotel but we had to get an upgrade because the first room they offered us was so small One would have to climb over someone else in bed to get to the bathroom, unbelievable. The waterpark was ok but was over run by children most of the time.

The waterpark crowded with children most of the time and we were there for 7 days, we arrived on Saturday and first used it on Sunday it was like a kindergarten, we thought this is probably because it's a Sunday but alas no way it was like this all the time. What we found most unusual was that children as young as 5 years were in the Saunas and Steam rooms unchaperoned, it seemed they could go anywhere they wished, no supervision at all. Also I noticed some Mums had there children in the Jacuzzi with Nappies on them!!! I was speaking with a Swedish lady and she told me she got a rash on her legs from using it, I wouldn't wonder. I had an Indian head massage which was dreadful, the masseuse didn't seem to know what she was doing.

Very good location, very nice and clean room. Good breakfast. I enjoyed free access to saunas and swimming pool. Nice staff. Good value. I would stay again.
