Good price; clean room; quiet place; location not far from city center (by car); friendly staff. In general, normal place to stay for 1 night. Dirty, poor bathroom; incovenient bed; noise in radiator; not working lamps; time needed to wait for warm water; absence of fridge.

They catered for our needs really well. We were in Tartu to ski the Tartu Maraton and they provided a place for us to wax our skiis and early breakfast on the day of the race. The room was quite large which suited us as we had a lot of gear. Off street parking and internet access is also good. A large shopping centre nearby was also convenient.

Price was excellent. Lots of car parking places. Booked non smoking room, but room was a little smelly of cigarette smoke.

Linna lähedus, mugavad ja kenad toad ning lahke teenindus. Võimalus saavutada kokkuleppeid..... Nagu eestlasele kombeks- hinnad võiksid olla "rohkem läbiräägitavad" juhul kui peatutakse alla ööpäeva/tund,paar/ ja ei soovita hommikusöögipaketti

Отель удобно расположен при въезде в Тарту на автомобиле со стороны Валги (например, при путешествии из Латвии) Отвечает всем необходимым требованиям бюджетного отдыха.

приветливый персонал.номер без изысков.соответствующий цене.хороший завтрак.заехали просто переночевать и поехали дальше путешествовать.отель удобно расположен по дороге на латвию.

Kena viisakas vastuvõtt ning yllatavalt maitsev ja rikkalik hommisöögi bufeelaud. Peatume kindlasti seal teine kordki. Dussiruum vajaks renoveerimist! Eks maja on tõenäoliselt nn.kergehitus ja seepärast puudub ka igasugune heli isolatsioon...

хороший завтрак, наличие вайфай на карте в букене отель отмечен совсем неверно, по-настоящему он находится за городом Тарту!!! до старого города нужно ехать на такси, если добавить эти деньги, можно найти вариант поближе. слышно всё, что делают соседи и сбоку и сверху\снизу. только если переночевать и не нужен центр города.

Тихий, Уютный отель. Расположение в 5-ти минутах езды от центра города. Радушный персонал, говорящий по-русски. Хорошие, чистые номера.

Beveik visi reikiami patogumai ekonominiam numeriui, jauku, šilta. Galėtų numeryje būti bent elektrinis virdulys, kavos, arbatos. Taip pat šiek tiek daugiau švaros.

Полностью оправдывает себя по цене. Бюджетно, но чисто везде. Завтрак нормальный. За эти деньги я на большее и не рассчитывали. И не разочаровалась.

Bonne situation géographique pour aller visiter la ville. Parking et accès free gratuits. Personnel non aimable, chambre spacieuse mais strict minimum. Salle de douche mal conçue: vous prenez une douche et tout est inondé ! petit déjeuner sans prétention . en général, manque de raffinement.

Ilmainen netti, iso parkkipaikka, helppo tulla ja ihan vieressä Etelä-Viron suurin ostoskeskus. Seinät pahvia, vessan lattia oli kehnossa kunnossa, etäisyys keskustaan.
