The hotel itself is located right near the Kuresaare Castle which you can see out of the window. though we were the only guests in the hotel, reception girl was absolutely nice to call us and to find out our exact time of coming. Room was clean and decorated nicely in country style. Warm floors in bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. Bathroom is also nicely decorated and clean. Thaks the hotel for absolutely nice weekend. Though the chek out was at 12.00 we ve checked out at 14.00 just leaving keys in the box. Very comfotable. Unfortunatley the restoran to have breakfeast was closed, but receptionist told us about it while booking, so we knew.

Great place and great historical woodedn building straight in the city park In autemn season there is absolutely no working facilitiy in the hotel - no reception, no room service, restoran and bar does not work. It would be better to stay here in summer time. Anyway, autemn price is much cheaper.

Nicely furnished rooms, great restaurant and excellent location, free tickets to SPA For the price we paid we were a little surprised to see no gel/shampoo/hairdryer in a room. Room looked nice and clean at the daytime, but at the evening we've counted 12 spiders on a ceiling and a lot of spider's web around the room.

Really excellent location, perfect view while taking breakfast, cosy room, nice extra with visiting Georg Ots SPA, we liked it a lot and recommend. The only thing was door to the room, which was squeaking :)

Breakfast was terrible for that priced hotel. One cup of cold coffee, if you wanted extra, you had to pay for it, 2slices of cheese& bread. View of rooms was to garbage cans, not to castle..,

Tīrība nummuriņā. Atrašanās vieta blakus cietoksnim. Iedeva kuponu ar kuru varēja apmeklēt spa - gospa ar 50 % atlaidi. Nepiedāvāja cenā iekļautas brokastis. Biju pasūtījusi nummuriņu ar skatu uz pili, bet izrādījās, ka nummuriņš aizņemts un mans pasūtījums netika īstenots, kas protams radīja vilšanos,jo visās bildēs pasūtot bija skats uz pili...Naktī blakus nummuriņā skaļi klaudzot durvīm atnāca cilvēki, runājās,smējās, varēja dzirdēt pat vārdus, atzīmēšu, ka pulkst. bija 2.30. ļoti izteikta dzirdamība!

Hotelli oli yllättävän hyvä, huone iso, mutta huonekaluja esim. laskutilaa, pöytiä ym. olisi voinut olla enemmän. Hämähäkkejä katsossa ja verhoissa. Aamiainen oli hyvä, annos tuotiin pöytään mutta oli vallan riittävä meille. Paahtoleivät, juustoa, kinkkua, kroisantit, tuore hillo nam! Vessasta tuleva viemärin haju häiritse hotellin saapuessa, eikä haju poistunut vaikka kävi suihkussa tms.

Kuursaali ma ei nimketaks hotelliks. Tegemist on siiski külalistubadega. Meeldis asukoht ja hinna-kvaliteedi suhtega võis rahule jääda Puudus minibaar või väike külmik.Koridoris võiks olla joogiautomaat. Hommikusöök võiks olla vaheldusrikkam.

Красивое месторасположение, кафе на улице с видом на замок, тишина. Завтрак неплохой и достаточный. Брали с собой собаку - проблем не было. Рядом большой парк. Близко до центра города - хорошо для прогулки пешком. Возможностью посетить СПА пользовались с утра. Ограничений по времени нет, отдыхай хоть целый день. Не все номера имеют вид на замок. Возможно скидка цены предоставляется именно на такие номера. Об этом не предупреждали в момент бронирования. Значит, надо звонить в отель и уточнять условия проживания. У нас был хороший номер,чистый, уютный, но вид из окна- оставлял желать лучшего.Телевизор был, но только антенна с 3 эстонскими программами, кабельного ТВ нет.

Ongelma oli aamiainen . Ensimmäisellä kertaa istuimme pöydässä 45 minuuttia ennenkuin saimme syötävää . Kahvi oli haaleata . ja toisesta kupista veloitettiin . Lähinnä sikamaista kun huone maksaa 130 E yö . Olen sentään yöpynyt tuhansissa hotelleissa ja koskaan ei ole pyydetty lisähintaa kupista haaleaa kahvia . Muutenkin aaamiainen oli aika ohut = vaatimaton

Hotellin sijainti oli loistava! Luvattua näkymää ei ollut. Näkymä oli puistoon ja ikkunasta näkyi Hotellin roska-astiat.
