The staff were great, especially when renting a car at short notice. The hotel was very quiet, very comfortable and fantastic value. Lovely breakfast included also. The wireless in the room did not work correctly, but when we took the laptop to the lobby it worked fine there. Very minor issue though. |

Friendly staff adn good rooms with balcony. Very good location Sauna was expensive and did not say it was additional. Should be at least reduced for guests as it is a good facility. No minibar in rooms or fridge may be a problem for some |

rooms are very comfortable and quiet, staff is friendly and the hotel is located right in the center of town. Everything is close by. |

It is located in very good place: close to city center and castle and in the same time in very quiet district. Carpets and shood be renovated. |

Big and quite comfortable rooms, good meal. Helpfull and very friendly staff. The towels should be more clean. Unfortunately, there is no wi-fi in the hotel. |

Situation en centre-ville, parking gratuit, accueil agréable qui s'était caractérisé dès la réservation par l'envoi d'un message de bienvenue avec le plan détaillé pour accéder à l'hôtel. Très mauvaise insonorisation, j'ai pu profiter pleinement jusqu'à deux heures du matin du programme télé de la chambre voisine dont le son n'était pourtant pas particulièrement fort. |

Hotelli sijaitsi erittäin rauhallisella paikalla, mutta kuitenkin aivan keskellä kaupunkia. Kaupungin kaikki nähtävyydet, ravintolat ja baarit olivat kävelyetäisyydellä. |

Aamiainen oli hyvä, paljon valinnanvaraa. Huoneet olivat siistit, samoin pesutilat. Autolle oli parkkipaikka. Hinta oli muihin verrattuna edullinen. Uima-allas olisi ollut hyvä lisä. |
