Lage sehr günstig, Parkplatz auf dem Hof, Zimmer mit Balkon, Frühstück bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse. Rezeptionistin gab uns bei Ankunft ein Buch mit Beschreibungen von kleineren, sonst unbekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten, oft gebunden an Sagen und Märchen. Das hat uns einige schöne Ziele vermittelt. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. |

Bekvämt och modernt hotell i klass med ordinärt svenskt konferenshotell. Bra läge i staden. Receptionspersonal som inte kan eller vill svara på annat än enkla frågor. Kunde till exempel inte hjälpa oss att ta fram en karta över Tallinn på Internet så att vi kunde se var vårt nästa hotell låg. Man behöver bli mer aktivt serviceinriktade. |

Hotellets bra och centrala läge i Kuressaare. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Lite för lyhört, gäster som inte tog hänsyn för andra gästerna när dom kom till sina rum vid 4-tiden på natten |
