The room was extremly small. The A/C was turned off and couldn't be controlled from our room. They brought us a small fan instead turning on the A/C. There were no enough tables in the breakfast room. Breakfast was below standard. No umbrellas available. We have to pay to use the sauna.

Everything was perfect. Clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, good breakfasts. Good location - about 10 minutes walk from Old Town. Stable wifi signal in the room and lobby. Possibility of late check-in without additional payment.

Came over to Tallin especially to see the Estonian Ballet's new production of La Bayadere which premiered last week. Excellent, Somptous. Intend returning to Estonia next Spring to see the Ballet, and explore Estonia properly. L'Ermitage made an excellent base for visit.

I found everything excellent and the my room provided all that I required. I found staff very efficient, friendly and charming at all times - a credit to the establishment.

I ordered Double-Room for one person. They changed it to Single Room, and not informed at all. And when i checked -in, hotel was fully-booked already. Food is not so good

Small hotel with pretty design and comfortable location. Possible to take your dog with you!!! For free!

Located on rather big road. not cheap small entry parking.

Rooms were really tidy, not huge but big enough for a couple. We got double room and bed was really wide! Bathroom was clean and new. Food on a delicious on hotel restaurant! Service was good and especially Irina spoke fluent english. About 10 minutes walk to old town and you can find a great castle on your way to town!

On a breakfast of our second morning they ran out of coffee.

The car parking facilities at the hotel are simply not good enough - although I made a reservation it was not possible to use the parking basement as my car was too hogh...a Volvo!

This hotel isn't very suitable for three people. There are no triples there and an additional bed is not very convenient, but this is a minor thing.

The hotel is new, clean, it's a very nice and cosy place to stay. Breakfast is good enough. Stuff speaks Russian. The way from the place to the Old town takes about 10-15 min.

Only bad thing was thin walls and windows. We could hear neighbours and street outside, cars. We should have asked our bed to be double not twins. Otherwise nice hotel in good location.

The room was very cozy and warm enough despite the winter. And it really looks like at hotel's photo. I admired one of the castle's tower out of the room's window. Tasty, rich breakfast. Helpful staff. In short everything was O'K. I felt myself like in 4-star hotel.

I enjoyed the friendly service and nice atmosphere, it was really wonderful weekend.

Location was very good- only a short pleasant walk through the park (and middleage's castle) and in 7 minutes you will be in the very heart of the city. Room- average 3 star room, nothing more. The only thing to mention- ask for a room with a view to the castle, it is much better.

Staff very rude and unfriendly. They gave us a twin room instead of double. When we asked, if we could change into double, they offered us a horrible room facing the backyard with a smell like someone had smoked in your room only a minute ago. So we went back to the twin room- it seemed normal to the staff, no apologies or something. Breakfast was average, but staff was very rude too- you have to fight to get a table and the buffet was almost empty when we came. Finally, 10:58 (breakfast is until 11) they started to grab everything just out of your mouth and bring back to the kitchen. We actually found that very funny as we haven't seen something like that ever before.
