the spa centre facilities provided lovely massages, pools, jacuzzi, table tennis, bikes. Also, although there are no facilities, the beach was good /safe for children and very close to the hotel. No comfortable loungers/chairs for relaxing outside. The main receptionist was quite unwelcoming on our arrival. Not much to do in the evenings. No public access computer provided but lots of people sit around in silence in the lobby area using own laptops with WiFi which feels a bit weird and it was difficult to get a table in the a la carte restaurant |

The Spa was very nice with a wide variety of services. Lots of buffets for meals you were able to eat other places but they seemed to encourage the buffets. |

Nicely situated close to the beach. Spa facilities and treatments good and at reasonable prices. Good restaurant but not many choices. Regular superior rooms and their bathrooms are rather small - deluxe rooms a lot better. Hotel bar was more or less out of stock - couldn't do most of the cocktails they had announced including the Laulasmaa Special. W-Lan available but no internet facility for guests. |

Great scenery and location, a really nice location to drive to. Waiting time at lobby bar was below par, food was ridiculous: 'risotto' was normal rice, 'halloumi' cheese was normal goat cheese. A lot of posh behaviour and presentation, but it was a farce. |

Die Lage des Hotels. Die Restaurants inkl. Frühstücksbuffett. Merkwürdige Verhaltensweisen, Öffnungszeiten, beim Frühstück wurde nur bedingt nachgelegt. |

Onneksi sattui kesän kauneimmat ilmat lomaviikollemme, muuten olisi tullut kotii-kävä - hotelli ei tarjoa mitään aktivieetteja rantaelämän lisäksi (uimahallikin maksullinen klo 12 jälkeen). Lapsia ei olla huomioitu: pihalla ei leikkialuetta (keinut, liukumäki, hiekkalaatikko ym), hotellin leikkihuone ala-arvoinen - välineitä, leluja huonosti. Kahvila, jätskibaari olisi suotava terassilla (lobbybaari ainoa vaihtoehto), myös rannalta kaikki palvelut puuttuvat. Hotellin kaupan valikoima surkea. Jos olisi reissussa aivan pienten lasten kanssa, voisi tulla ruokailujen suhteen ongelmia. |

Sijainti- lyhyt matka autoillessa, upea ranta, siistit yhteistilat. Aamupalalta olisi toivonut hieman enemmän, huoneen ilmastointi toimi huonosti, tosin päivätkin olivat kuumat. Parvekkeelta oli upea näköala, mutta yhteisparveke ei ole mielestäni toimiva ratkaisu. |

Altailla oli mukava olla, etenkin lapset tykkäsivät kun eivät osaa kiinnittää huomiota hygienia seikkoihin yleisilme esim. pienin istutuksin tulisi laadukkaammaksi. Rantaa ja pihaa ei juuri oltu hyödynnetty, telineissä ei esim. keinuja |

erilaisesta spa-hoitovalikoimasta, sekä spa-henkilökunnan ystävällisyydestä. Myös allasosasto oli hyvä sekä luonto hotellin ympärillä oli kaunis. Ruokalistojen suhteen. Ruokalistat antavat väärän kuvan siitä mitä asiakas haluaa tilata. Lasten annoksetkin ovat parempia/riittoisampia kuin aikuisten annokset. Muutenkin ruokailuiden palvelussa ja aterioissa on rutkasti parantamisen varaa. |
