We really loved the spa , different swimming pools and saunas. Location is beautiful and breakfast was just delicious!!Lots of choices for kids too... Fresh pancakes with berry jam and so on...
It was cold outside
Good spa, great location at the beach, children friendly, close to Tallinn, always clean.
Pure quality of breakfast food (fortunately no more broken toaster like the last year). Cheapest, lowest quality products, nothing fresh, only canned or frozen products. Strange, because restaurant and lobby bar has excellent food.
Excellent dinner, nice swimming pool.
Good value for money, good restaurant
The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful places in Estonia. The surrounding pine forests and nearby blue water white sand beaches are truly amazing. And if you are lucky, you may just run into a wonderful Estonian composer Arvo Pärt -- as we did -- who happens to live not too far from the Laulasmaa Spa Hotel.
As a young couple with an infant, we completely enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is quite basic but the surroundings are magnificent for this region. Pine trees, sandy beach, great views. Should recommend a restaurant on the upper floor of the main building. Delicious, well-served food. Staff in the hotel is friendly enough, but not super-friendly. Spa is also enjoyable, a bit old, but nice. Outdoors sauna is the best one :) We would recommend this hotel.
We had 2 double rooms: one in the Beach house and one in the Main house. The towels in the Beach house room were twice smaller. The rubbish basket in the Main house room was not emptied. The Main house is quite noisy, you can hear your neighbors talking. There is no connection between two houses. You have to walk to the spa through the open air.
Family friendly atmosphere, fun stuff for kids...beach, pools. Nice clean room..simple decor, nothing fancy but comfy for the stay. Wish that there was a small fridge, or even an ice machine in the building. Loved the pedicure in the spa.
Nice breakfast, but no indication of gluten etc for those who need to follow a special diets.
Lovely beach, relaxing spa
Food quality at the grill bar wasn't up to what we thought it could have been, but some decent local alternatives available anyway.
It was access to the pool facilities whole time. The restorant/breakfast staff was very helpful with food intolerance.
The room and brekfast/pool area were in separate buildings.
Great SPA and good relaxation.
Only positive emotions during 2 night stay were restaurant (second floor) and massage in Spa.
Very bad attitude and corky service. Dirty room, overcrowded and not so good breakfast, very little room, sea view was actually view to other building... As service mindness sucked, everything felt bad.
Nice view, friendly and helpful service, nice SPA.
Too thin walls and too many people was walking around in the corridore.
The place Facilities Service People
The staff was very nice everywhere at Laulasmaa Spa Hotel. The water park and saunas nice. Overcrowded, but this is not a surprise on Friday evening. We visited Kohwicca, which offered perfect and tasteful dinner, and were also pretty satisfied with the breakfast at the restaurant. The curd-cheese cake was nice :) The value for money (at this moment I need to thank booking.com as well) was fine for us. Location is fairly good - it takes some time to get to Laulasmaa, but it´s worth coming. Laulasmaa Spa Hotel might be particularly nice place to visit during summer, as the pine forest and the sea are very close.l
The women´s showers´ room before the water park looked outdated and miserable (compared to rest of the facilities).
Beautiful and peaceful location near the beach. The receptionist solved the problem with our room professionally and quickly. Wonderful sea view from the room.
To small room, no electric kettle and tea in the room. It would be good to have information about SPA access, breakfast location and hours and ect during check in process.
We have been here many times, so it one of the best places in Estonia.Good pool, saunas, Spa.
spa (most of it), beach, breakfast
the room was too small
Liked spa, seaside, fast check-in/check-out, food in restaurant
Slow service in restaurant, dirty floor in the room
The rooms and bathrooms are quite small but enough.
Saunas and pool are great. Good beach location.
Rooms on the small side. Awful lift musak in bar.
Hotel price not quality
Breakfast was quite poor, tasteless
