Locatedin a quiet residential area, 25 minutes walk to old town but you can also use a public transport or take a taxi (5 euros) Staff with poor knowledge of English, not good value for money. They charged more than confirmed at booking.com (they disregarded the reservation made through booking.com and told me that they couldn't charge less than 49 erous although I had a printed booking confirmation for 39 euros per room per night) As my husband fell ill and couldn't travell. I sent an e-mail a day before that we don't need an extra bed, they ignored it. I didn't receive any invoice but just a small receit with the name of the hotel and the total of 245 for 5 nights We booked Ullemiste hotel for the two remaining days in Tallinn and were very satisfied.

Very nice staff. Small choice for breakfast, but there is more than plenty to eat. Room was warm and no problem with hot water. The hotel is fairly close to the centre, either a 20 min walk or catch a bus/tram. It is in a nice and quiet area with some wooden houses around, so perfect for people who like to have a stroll. Do not expect luxury, but for the price it is all right. The bed was a bit unfomfortable. As Tallinn offers a lot, I would recommend this hotel for people who do not wish to spend much time inside the hotel.

Given the price the hotel was fine. A small room with a bed was sufficient for us. The breakfast was not very good.

Good value for money and only a 20 minute walk from the old town. Polite staff and easy check in. 24 hour reception and basic breakfast included in the price. The tiles in the shower cubicle were in need of a clean and the matress was uncomfortable, However, for just over 20 euros a night it was acceptable.

15 min walk to the edge of Old Town. Quiet residential area. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay. The wifi did not reach the top floor and the computer in the lobby was very slow. Used mainly by Russian tourists and as a result the reception staff had only basic English. Very hot in our cramped room and the windows could only be opened on vent which was not enough to let in fresh air. Uncomfortable bed and sheets did not fit.

The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was small but there was everything we needed and the room was very well- planned. The breakfast was also very good and there was variety which one doesn't expect in a budget hotel. The bed was old and squeaky.

“The location was amazing- I was on the 6th floor and had an amazing view of Toompea. The staff were extremely helpful and was very secure. The buffet breakfast was very good- a mix of breads, cold meats, cheese, scrambled eggs, salads, pickles and more with a selection of hot and cold drinks. Extremely competitive price.” Christopher, Ilford |
