Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, rooms were nice, shower was powerful. The breakfast was poor compared to most hotels. The water for the tea was not hot enough to use, the coffee was too weak. The range of foods in the buffet is very bad, we ate out on the second morning even though we had paid for the breakfast when we booked |

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Rooms are well appointed if simple. Free internet, not WiFi, so bring your cable. Rowdy people outside in the street until the small hours. Not the fault of the hotel staff, of course, but it means you cannot leave the window open for fresh air and sleep at the same time. |

The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Central location in the hart of Downtown. WIFI. They had a laptop in the lobby to access internet for the customer. Free parking lot with lots of spaces. Breakfast was good but could be better by cooking eggs/pancake to order |

So quiet and smack in the middle of restaurants and bars. Very helpfull staff. Slept next to the elevator and didn't hear a thing! Breakfast could have been more varied. |

Breakfast was poor, ingredients didn't seem so fresh (e.g. boiled egg was totally grey inside). 4 start hotel should have better food to serve. |

The front office/ reception staff were very hepful. I like the fact that I was right in the centre of the old town away from any traffic. I did not like the breakfast meals on offer. They were very limited. I can't understand why anyone would eat chillied chicken for breakfast. Tables were not even set with cups and saucers so we had to collect these too. A buffet is ok for breakfast, but to expect guests to have to lay the table first is a bit dire. The breakfast staff, if you could find anyone, did not seem very happy. |

being very close to all amenities. the room was very warm and comfortable The pillows were not very comfortable and the quilt cover was not a double. I think they were two single quilts . A choice of pillow would improve the comfort of guests stay with you. |

The reception service was excellent, the breakfast abundant and the outdoor parking large and free of charge. We organized a small seminar there, and everything was prepared perfectly by the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the very centre of the old city. Though it claims to be four star, our rooms were below the four-star standard though quite spacious. And I have never seen a tv set located that far away from your bed. You needed a binocular to see anything on the screen. Please dispay me as jacek, warsaw without my surname. |

One of the largest bedrooms I have seen outside a Hollywood film. Excellent location. Staff with a sense of humour. I was slightly disconcerted (but only slightly) vwhen a leg fell off the easy chair I was sitting on in the bedroom. |

Große modern-elegante Suiten, mit Geschmack eingerichtet; beim Blick aus dem Fenster sieht man die Dächer der Stadt und viel Himmel. Zugang nicht auffällig beschildert - man muss suchen. |

Hotelli remontoinnissa oli hienosti yhdistetty uutta desingiä vanhaan arvokkaaseen rakennukseen. Tunnelma oli silti kodikas |

Hotelli on erinomaisella paikalla ja huoneiden taso loistava. Myös autolle on parkkipaikka aivan vieressä. |
