Confort,de la chambre,professionalisme de l'accueil,calme,malgré la situation centrale ,bon petit déjeuner...bref excellent étape!

the hotel is in the center of the old city, near the sightseeing, shops and cafe with native dishes!

Great service and the staff were really nice and ready to assist you. The brekfast was really good and the service there was fantastic. The parking was just outside, really convenient. The main street is not so far away so you are quick to get out of town. Alot of restaurants close by. I recomend an Italian pizza place just around the corner, La Dolce Vita - really good pizza I had there and good prices as well.

It was very nice stay there, quiet and comfortable room, carefull staff. Tasty braekfest. The hotel located in old town and it was possible to take a walk along historical centre.

+ Good location. + Easy to come, easy to leave. + Personal interior decoration. + Good breakfast and also this time coffee was strong enough.

- A terrible music noise until closing time of a night club near by. (4 o'clock in the morning). At 2:30 in the night I called police but they were not willing to do anything. I guess the night club is owned by a local mafia and police is afraid to do anything. - The staff in the breakfast restaurant do not respond when you wish Good morning. That reminds me of Intourist staff during Soviet era. - In the room water pipes of heating radiators were noisy. - The electric lock of my room door did not work.

The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke good English. The hotel is easily found in the middle of Tartu, which is easy to navigate around. We were only there for one night but had a nice walk in the park and found the Wilde Restaurant attached to a theatre, which did fabulous food. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed, and the breakfast was substantial and varied.

Central in the city, friendly employees, rooms are ok.

During renovation of the hotel the breakfast area in the basement was forgotten. The furniture is not in the more modern style of for instance the lobby. All fresh things are standing there the whole morning without ice or cooling. Not a good advertising for this hotel. I suggest to pay more attention to this!

great location and nice staff

I had two single beds which I don't really like. The room was quite hot and the bathroom was quite basic.

Reception desk was friendly and good.

Breakfast and parking area are ok. - Hotel in center of Tartu -

The location by Tartu town square was excellant.

I miss sauna!
