Hotellet ligger på Tartus vackra gågata, tre minuter från Rådhustorget med alla dess mysiga uteserveringar. Hotellet är nytt, bara ytterväggarna är original. Fasaden är 1800-tal, allt innanför är supermodernt 2000-tal. Häftig kombination. Golvet i frukostmatsalen (restaurangen) är kaklat och stolarna skrapar hårt mot golvet, ett ljud som förstärks av de välvda taken. Möbeltassar på stolsbenen borde avhjälpa det problemet... |

Rumen var bra, sängarna utmärkta. Morgonfrukosten riklig och bra. Inte illa men det skulle gärna ha fått finnas en övervakad parkering |

Bra hotell för det låga priset. Mycket bra personal. Gångavstånd till restaurang och centrum. Uttags automat 50 meter utanför hotellet |

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Ett hotell helt i klass med de i Sverige och det var också mycket prisvärt. Vi betalde ungefär hälften av vad vi skulle ha gjort i Sverige för ett likvärdigt hotellrum. Vi hade 2 hundar med och det var heller inte några som helst problem och de var välkomna i rummet utan extra charge. |

The room size is not small and ceiling is high - that's good for me. The restaurant is very good - dishes are tasty and the whole amosphere is good. Me myself did not stay in the Hotel - there was my quest from South Korea. It is his true impression. Car parking is not sufficiently convenient, especially when a car only arrives to pick up a guest - it is not clear either it is allowed to stay for some short time closely to the entrance (of course not just at the doors)or not. |

Location of the hotel, friendly hotel staff at the reception and the bar, good breakfast, cleanliness in all hotel, nice interior of the lobby Modest and small room, thin pillows, no tee an coffee making facilities in the room hadn't pen (only pencil) and note paper in the room |

We had an excellent roof top room that had a separate lounge suite. It was clean, had plenty of room, light and airy and represented excellent value for money. |

Staff very kind and helpful. Very rich breakfast. The hotel has probably undergone a recent restyling, retaining a classical facade but very modern inside, with very large stylish rooms. Wireless internet service workin all around and deidicated parking nearby. It is close to Tartu University and touristic attractions. Good quality-price ratio. |

The location is excellent, The lobby is very nice with the "floating staircase". Our room was perfect. There was one little minus. The room was too warm and "stuffy" when we arrived. We could not turn on the fan/air conditioner (was it locked?). When we opened the window, cigarette smoke came in from people smoking outside. Obviously the hotel cannot do anything about outside smoke, but perhaps it could unlock the air conditioner, If it was locked off. |

The location is excellent and the staff friendly. What made our stay (3 nights) a bit annoying was that we found out that they had a sale on their own web pages, first night 100% and all the next ones 50% of the normal price... The breakfast could be more fresh and there should be a cooler for fish. It was smelly after 9. |

The service at this hotel is excellent. They were superbly helpful with every step we needed to take, such as reserving taxis, picking us up at the bus station, and much more. For example, the reservation desk person even helped me with my e-mail sending. This place is fantastic and definitely no complaints. |

The location is excellent in the center of town. Shopping and dining are just outside the door. It was great to have parking just accross the street, and not have to incur a fee. Since we travelled from USA, air conditioning in a hotel was on of the most important things for us. The AC worked extremely well. Having internet service available, and also a computer in the lobby to use added to our comfort. I would have liked to have had washclothes. |
