Hotel Mardi offers very basic but good, clean and comfortable facility to stay. It is just a few minute walk to the centre of Kuressaare. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Young members of staff in the restaurant could be more friendly to foreign guests. Since they never said 'Good morning' to guests, I found it a little uncomfortable when I was having breakfast.

The promptness of getting an ice box to the bedroom; the temperature inside the bedroom was 26º. Without air conditioned no blackout in the curtains (and no hairdryer) it is the only way to cool down the "mood"! Lack of communications as the staff doesn't practically speaks any other language but Estonian (not even Finnish which is not only a very similar language but the language spoken by the Finns who represent the largest shares of tourists visiting Estonia annually); messy setup of the buffet at breakfast (and its frugality!) .Being a school "hotel" it should provide more updated facilities and not the typical decoration of the 50'S.

The hotel ok. But rate was rather high. We did not want twin beds but separate. TV did not open/broken. The older lady said that it will be fixed. Nothing happened. She did not even recommend another room. (We did not know if that was possible. The younger rec.-lady was good!

Nice modern renovated *** hotel close to the centre of town. Clean nice rooms with good central heating, nice colourful renovated bathroom with floor heating; including little fridge at the room. Standard ***hotel- breakfast (serials, ham, cheese, fish, eggs, sausage, yoghurt, fruit... ). Helpful & gentle staff; early breakfast at the day of leaving we certainly appreciated very much. Like in most hotels, maybe some “breakfast inspiration” of the kitchen management? Every day the same ingredients offered in the same way is getting boring after a few days.

Хорошее соотношение цена/качество (во всяком случае для одноместного размещения в несезон). Удобное расположение - в нескольких минутах ходьбы от центра, большая парковка во дворе отеля. Просторный номер, в котором был письменный стол и холодильник! Вполне приличный завтрак. В номере нет чайника и фена, но это мелочи!

Siisti perushotelli. Hinta - laatusuhde oikein hyvä. Aamiainen riittävä, vaikka välillä näytti tuotteita puuttuvan. Rauhallinen sijainti sopivan lähellä keskustaa. Hyvät pysäköintitilat. Ei erityistä. Kylpyhuoneisiin kannattaisi hommata kumilasta, jotta seuraavalla tulijalla ei kastuisi jalat. Edullinen mukavuutta parantava pikku hankinta.

Keskeinen sijainti ja silti sopivasti sivussa liikenteen hälystä. Ympärivuorokautinen reception. Hyvä aamiainen. Hotelli toimii osana ammattikoulua, joka ei ilmennyt missään. Tosin koulun toiminta ei juurikaan häirinnyt olesleluamme hotellissa, vaikka oppilaita pyörikin pihalla ja rakennuksen naapurisiivessä.

Parkkialue sisäpihalla valvottu ja tilava.Henkilökunta ystävällinen.Opiskelijat hoitivat aamiaistarjoilun opettajansa valvonnassa.Aamiainen ehkä hiukan vaatimaton,mutta sillä pääsi liikkeelle. Suihkutilat suuret johon olisi voinut asentaa suihkukaapin.Nyt paikalla ollut verho aivan liian lyhyt.

Ihan hyvä ja rauhallinen hotelli, jossa myös aamiainen oli myös hyvä. Huoneet olivat hyvää perustasoa eli ei mitenkään luksusta, mutta mitään tarvitsemaani ei myöskään puuttunut
