Marta Guesthouse awaits guests, who appreciate authentic, cosy atmosphere, close to Old Town of Tallinn. Traditional wooden house in a quiet residential area, birds & roses & apple trees in the garden. Private and cozy environment. We use traditional and healthy materials, while renovating or decorating the rooms: for us is authentic feeling important and also to avoid synthetic isolation, panels etc. The idea is not to overrenovate the house, but to share the Real feeling and cozyness!
Our goal is to preserve an old traditional Estonian wooden building. We often have artists, musicians, writers, actors as guests - people, who love our concept and understand restoration philosophy. I hope, that guests appreciate our goal and mission
The neighbourhood is a quiet living area, 2,5km from Old Town Tallinn! You arrive very conveniently and quickly here with public transport: 3 stops from Old Town. In the neighbourhood there are some kindergartens: it is possible to play for children in the evening on big playgrounds. There is a 24h open petrol station with a food store there, 2 min away. In our garden it is very nice and quiet, peaceful to have a nice afternoon or evening after a long stroll in the city.
